Great experience shopping with AAAwave.com.. Getting free 2‑day shipping on some items was a pleasant surprise and saved me a lot of time. Definitely a store I’ll continue buying from.

Purchased a new AMD 7800X3D but the item arrived damaged with the CPU fully bent and missing a corner. They claimed it happened in shipping however if the damage had happened in shipping it would have left remnants in bag. But, the bag was fully clean. I am of the opinion this retailer sent me a damaged product and tried to pretend it happened in shipping. They did provide a full refund for the damaged cpu.

I placed an order on thier website and they sent it UPS and required a signature. It is being delivered to my house and I work for a living. I will never be there when it is delivered and they put some random phone number in the contact so that I cannot sign for it digitally. When asked for help they flat refused to do anything about it. So I have to either cancel the order (which they also refused to do) or take time off to sit and wait for UPS to deliver it. This company's customer service is a joke and the people answering the phone have no interest in helping you.

Good product selection, fair prices and Excellent Support!

I found an unusually low price on an excellent product (External SSD drive). It was packaged well and shipped fast. Within a few months, the drive went bad. Very rare, happens sometimes.

Sent an email, they answered immediately with an RMA Number and free return shipping. Within MINUTES of receiving the defective drive, they packed & shipped the replacement and sent me an email with tracking number.

Let me tell you this, you can TRUST this merchant. In the rare case anything goes wrong, their support is outstanding, Customer Service is great and you'll be in good hands.

This website is a total waste of time, they canceled my order on a wild hunch.
