As a landlord I have been using the services of these Gas Engineers for a number of years. They have always been trustworthy and so far I have been very pleased with their work and contact. They talk directly to my tenants in order to arrange an appointment, thus enabling me to get on with more important things .. Certainly good value for any! Strongly recommended!

I called to arrange some gas safety checks, EPC's and smoke alarms and some carbon monoxide alarms. It was convenient to have only one engineer to attend. While at it he also did the floor plans for me. I was made aware of the letting service they offer which appeals to me as they cover all my properties which are spread from TW1 IG1. They found my tenants very quickly even though I'm a firm believer that the property itself is what sells it to a tenant. Used an online agent - never agian. Service was slow, no one was avalible for viewings after 6pm, call backs were never given and emails were never replied. I decided to find another agent which did not disappoint on this occasion.

I received some excellent advice from Kaz who explained all the legal side of things to me in simple terms. I didn't want to go through all the legalities myself to be honest so I was advised to go for the full management they offer. It has been a great experience. For any landlords looking to sign up to Aaron J Barclay I would have no hesitation if I were you. If I were to have a slight negative it would be the fees they charge to tenants - which are not low in the least bit.

I have recently become an accidental landlord who had to move aboard for work. I was somewhat worried about my home and the kinds of tenants that I would have, you hear so many stories. thankfully the property is in a good area and the tenants are brilliant. well done all involved.
