Francis of Riverhomes sold my deceased mother’s house. He was enthusiastic and good to work with. At times the sale was frustratingly slow, but Francis kept going cheerfully. He gave the family what proved to be well founded confidence that a sale would take place. I would recommend him and Riverhomes.

We bought our home through Francis at River Homes and he was superb. Helpful at every stage of the process, shared his local knowledge, was always frank about any challenges that we would encounter, and even introduced us to the local community.
Couldn’t recommend him and River Homes highly enough.

We engaged River Homes so that our house would be visible to as many potential buyers as possible, who were looking for a riverside house but might not have been aware of our local area. We found all of their folk excellent to work with - Francis, Sue, Jonny, Tamir, Erin, and David.
Francis and Sue, with their long experience, listened to our requirements and views, got to understand our situation and offered helpful advice. Jonny ensured that our house was very well photographed and presented online.
Sue saw us with patience through the long and sometimes stressful process over months and achieved a successful sale.
We would certainly recommend River Homes.

River Homes is best in class as an estate agency. I rented a property through them for 3 years and any query was dealt with promptly. Every member of the team o dealt with over the course of my tenancy were friendly, kind and most helpful.

I would highly recommend RiverHomes for their professional and friendly service. As a tenant, the process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the efficient help from Tamir and Liana, who went above and beyond. Sara and Annabel were also excellent, responding promptly to concerns, and Caroline made the buying experience enjoyable and swift. However, be cautious about the terms and ensure clarity in agreements to avoid unexpected fees. Overall, RiverHomes provides dedicated service, but always double-check contract details.

Ich warte seit einem Jahr auf die Rückzahlung der Kaution. Die Hausverwaltung reagiert noch nicht mal auf Anwaltsschreiben. Ich würde in Zukunft lieber unter der Brücke schlafen, als mich mit Riverhome rumzuärgern.

I had an excellent experience with RiverHomes. Leanna, the Lettings Manager, was absolutely amazing – she responded on the spot to all my questions and requests and was extremely efficient and accommodating; very thorough as well – she even spotted that the gas fire mentioned in the tenants’ agreement was not part of the gas certificate (for a good reason, it is disabled, but that didn’t show in the agreement). On top of being a great lettings manager, she is also a very nice person.
Also, Ines, the Office Manager, was always prompt and responsive.

We have been through a protracted negotiation on a property, delayed entirely by HMRC’s Probate Office. For various reasons we did not ultimately complete the transaction. However, from start to finish, Caroline has been absolutely superb. Endlessly patient with both parties, highly efficient, charming and always willing to attend the property. We also dealt with Nick and we would not hesitate to recommend River Homes.

Caroline is very responsive with all our inquiries. Very helpful even after moving in to the property. Best agent and agency we’ve had so far. Caroline and Ines made sure to do everything in a timely manner. They took care of everything even the registration to council and electricity 👌we literally just had to move in to the property. I had very specific requirements' for both the boat and the marina I wanted. Caroline at River Homes delivered on all the brief and was just the right person to do it in a professional and efficient manner.
