Nowadays you need real professional service to handle GMC issues, it is not as easy to fix it yourself like before. I highly recommend.

I worked with Aarswebs Solutions regarding my Google Ads account suspension. I found they were very detailed in the audit they conducted on my account as well as my websites. I got a lot of good information on how to fix and tweak things.

They created a WhatsApp group with their staff for ease of communication. I found that the replies were always quite snappy and within the day and that they always gave good information.

At the end of the day, because we couldn't overcome some of Google's strict policies, they were all able to provide a fresh Google Ads account and test it for a week or so to ensure everything was okay.

It took way longer than expected to fix my Google Merchant Center Account but after 7 months we finally got there. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. Eventually we got the misrepresentation resolved. I recommend working with them but you need to be extremely patient with the process.

After good review, account wen't suspended again and they stopped giving feedback.
After litteraly 1 minute of being approved again.

The team is knowledgeable, proactive and it's obvious they want to help and to do the right thing. They performed a comprehensive audit, walled through it in detail and made sure to continuously follow up on my progress.

Our Five Google Merchant Center accounts were restored by them. Although they took time but team was supportive and remain in touch throughout the period.

I worked with them to help my create a fresh new google ads account as i had issues with my old one as it was suspended due to circumventing systems (which was falsely flagged by google). Good support throughout the procedure, they let you know of each step in a group chat. I am currently using my new account with no issues.

Paid for months, paid extra setup fees, and still no delivery

I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

I initially paid a $399 setup fee and then $299 per month for management. The management itself was already extremely disappointing. The ads were rarely running consistently, the campaigns that did run lost money, and almost every attempt to make changes or optimize performance resulted in new suspensions or account problems.

Then, in May, I paid approximately $400 per account for two additional advertising accounts, with the agreement that each account would be delivered with an approved campaign running.

It is now the end of August, more than three months later, and those accounts have still not been delivered.

During this period, they repeatedly blamed the delays on me not having the correct documents, additional verification documents or new payment cards available.

I eventually went through the trouble of obtaining the additional documents and payment cards they said were required.

They still did not deliver.

This is what makes the experience particularly unacceptable. I have paid:

* the original setup fee,
* $299 monthly management fees,
* approximately $400 each for two additional accounts,
* advertising spend on campaigns that lost money,

and after more than three months, I still have not received the additional accounts I paid for.

At the same time, they continued charging for management despite the ads spending significant periods not running.

Whenever I questioned the performance or wanted campaigns optimized, I was regularly met with new compliance issues, suspensions or explanations about why changes could not be made.

They also started telling me, after I had already paid them, that I needed to make major changes to my business model for their advertising strategy to work.

That is something that should have been established before accepting payment.

You cannot charge customers hundreds of dollars for account setup, continue collecting monthly management fees, then introduce completely new requirements afterwards and blame the customer when the service is not delivered.

The most frustrating part is that I actually complied with many of their requests. When they said they needed different documentation, I arranged it. When they said they needed new payment methods, I arranged that too.

Months later, there is still no delivery.

The level of management has also been extremely poor. I repeatedly had to chase them for updates, ask why campaigns were not running, and ask them to fix problems. There was very little proactive communication considering they were being paid every month to manage the advertising.

In my experience, the service has consisted of constant delays, additional charges, poor-performing campaigns, repeated suspensions, changing requirements and services that were paid for but never delivered.

I have spent a substantial amount of money with this company and have very little to show for it.

I would not recommend paying them upfront. If you are considering using them, I would insist that every deliverable, deadline, verification requirement and refund condition is provided clearly in writing before sending them any money

I paid $300 specifically for help with a Google Ads cloaking suspension. Nearly a month later, I have seen no meaningful resolution, no clear diagnosis from them, and almost no communication unless I repeatedly chase them.

They created a WhatsApp group with several people in it, which initially gives the impression that an entire team is actively working on your case. In reality, the group has been virtually silent for weeks. There have been no regular updates, no clear progress reports, and no evidence presented to me showing what exactly they have discovered or fixed.

What makes this even more frustrating is their response to my review. After being silent with me for weeks, they suddenly updated their public response here and referenced an unrelated Google Search Console copyright notice as though it explains the Google Ads cloaking suspension I hired them to address. In my case, these are separate issues, and bringing up the Search Console notice does not explain why there has been no progress or communication regarding the work I actually paid for.

I also want to be very clear about something I wish I had understood before paying them: I have not been able to verify that they are an official Google Partner, and based on my experience, I have not seen the level of expertise I expected from a company charging people to resolve complex Google Ads cloaking suspensions.

Ironically, I have learned far more by conducting my own technical audits, using AI tools, reviewing server behavior, redirects, landing pages, bot responses, and other possible causes myself than I received from this service.

My advice to anyone dealing with a cloaking suspension is to be extremely cautious before paying companies that claim they can fix it. Ask them exactly what they will investigate, what deliverables you will receive, how often they will communicate, and what experience they actually have with cloaking cases.

I paid for expertise and a service. Instead, I spent weeks chasing people in a mostly silent WhatsApp group while trying to diagnose the problem myself.

Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and I cannot recommend them.

They helped me get my account back!
