Wow!
Looks like you canibalized parts from an old canopy and screwed it together. Every leg was scratched from top to bottom.

Better quality than the original canopy. The price was good and shipping was fast. Great selection of colors!

While their products are functional and appear well-built, good luck trying to purchase a replacement canopy top! Their Customer Service will give you every excuse in the world, tell you it comes from overseas and do what they can to force you to repurchase the product AGAIN, even if the support structure is still up. Take a $400 gazebo, the replacement canvas/fabric top should cost about $100, they will force you to buy the whole gazebo for $400. I would and will in the future use another vendor.

I purchased an 11x11 canopy from Wayfair three years ago and recently needed a replacement fabric canopy top. Since Wayfair could no longer assist, I contacted the manufacturer, ABC Canopy, directly through their website.

I submitted a detailed request with everything they would need—model name, size, order number, photos of the original frame, and even the instruction manual parts section. Someone from their "customer service" responded without a name or business email and claimed they had the correct replacement. The cost? $115. I agreed without hesitation.

But here’s where things became suspicious: instead of providing an official order or product listing, they told me to manually add two $20 charges and one $75 charge to my cart—no product name, no SKU, no official invoice. I voiced my concern and asked how I could be sure I’d receive the correct item. They reassured me this was “standard” and that everything would be fine.

I trusted them. That was my mistake.

What arrived was a completely different model—an entirely new 10x10 canopy, not a replacement fabric top. Of course, it didn’t fit my 11x11 frame.

I immediately contacted them through the same email chain and included photos of the wrong item. No reply. I followed up three more times, clearly and firmly expressing my frustration and requesting a refund. Still—silence.

ABC Canopy took my money, sent the wrong product, and then vanished.

This is not just poor customer service—it’s deceitful and unacceptable. I have since reported the issue to my bank and will be pursuing a chargeback. I also plan to file a complaint with consumer protection authorities.

I strongly urge anyone reading this: do not do business with ABC Canopy. And I sincerely hope Wayfair reconsiders offering any of their products. No customer deserves to be treated with such disregard.

I have not received 2 of the 3 tents I ordered.

I ordered a replacement top for my 10x12 gazebo that had gotten torn in a windstorm after 3 seasons. At time of my purchase, I was told that it was coming from China and would be 2 - 4 weeks to receive it. Shortly after ordering I received an E-mail stating that due to anticipated high tariffs they were going to send me an entirely new gazebo from their local stock, rather than shipping just the replacement top. I received it after 3 days. Very pleased with their customer service

At first I was not happy with the colour of the canopy. I felt it didn't match what was being represented on the website. MInd you, I was ordering the colour orange and given the digital format ABC customer service was prompt, kind, and very helpful to help me understand that there can be some variance in colour. Given that I wasn't 100% pleased they offered me 30% refund off my original purchase. They didn't have to do that. But, this gesture helped me to feel like my concerns were valid. I felt they were fair and very helpful.

They were very helpful to me since I needed a replacement canopy that is not an item for sale on the website. While emailing customer service they stated they can sell me one and I'd also have to pay shipping costs. It wasn't terribly expensive, so I agreed to it. The downside was that they stated it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Well, it took 3 days!!! I was thrilled! I have the 10x10 gazebo and it has proven to be one of the best buys ever. I have posted multiple video reviews on Amazon showing how the high winds didn't budge the canopy! I highly recommend their products.

My top canopy was damaged and I needed a replacement. ABCCanopy was able to send a replacement for a nominal fee, with an extended timeframe for delivery (likely overseas) clearly communicated. I am pleased with my interaction with their customer service team.

I needed to change my order before shipment which proved impossible. There is only a contact number to call in China. I got no answer on this phone call that cost me $20. Therefore I was shipped an item I didn’t want. I had to pay return shipping and a $20 phone call. Customer service is terrible.

Canopy hinge was damaged during shipping. I contacted the company and they said they would send replacement part. To make up for any inconvenience, they would discount an accessory item.

Replacement parts are just the way I wanted to go

This is the best tent for outdoor events. The quality is superior and the price is affordable. Every show I am at with my tent, people ask where I got it from. This is my second tent as I needed two. My original one has lasted 4 years so far and has been through many rainy, high wind events. Easy to pop up and take down. It is on the heavy side, but well worth it.

At first thought customer service was bad but coming to realize there’s a time zone difference they settle that quality of tent is awesome. Shipping was fast also.
