I had a great experience with Patio Kingdom! ✨ The ordering process was smooth, and everything felt easy and well-organized. The product quality really impressed me — it looks beautiful and feels durable.

Love these chairs so much. They are easy to put together. And love the cup holder and that they fold up. Can’t wait to use them around my fire pit.

Damaged by light winds and cannot get hold of the company by phone or email
3/31. After seeing this review they had reached out to me by email. They asked me to remove this review. Multiple times I requested a valid phone number to no avail. They stated in an email that I would receive a full credit back. Awesome, but To-date, there is no pending credit to my account per my credit card. I’m very frustrated with this whole ordeal and will follow up with any good news if I have any future positive feedback.

Damaged items and nobody has responded to us in regards to replacing the parts damaged

We have already gotten in touch with you and have arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately. We appreciate your patience and look forward to resolving this for you.
The general quality of the product seems great. I, however, had 6 chairs out of 8 that had pieces that did not fit together. Numerous emails, pictures and videos sent. Finally agreed to send replacement parts.Weeks long process. They are STILL sitting somewhere, not moving (according to tracking).
I am not able to utilize my purchase yet. I am not sure I will order the rest of my patio things from them.

We understand how frustrating it must be to wait weeks for replacement parts and then see the tracking information not updating. Please know that once the replacement parts were shipped, we have been monitoring the shipment, and carrier delays can unfortunately occur in transit. The lounge chair and the round table were likely not purchased from us. We do not sell round tables on our website. According to our records, the order you placed with us was for an outdoor dining table and chairs set.
