I had great service from start to finish. I dealt with Louis who always kept me updated and returned my calls promptly. He explained any queries I had in an efficient manner and it was a pleasure to liaise with him.

I recently leased a Kia PV5 through ABC Leasing Hub/Acorn , and I cannot recommend them highly enough. As this was my first time ever leasing a vehicle, I was naturally a bit apprehensive about the process, but the team made it absolutely seamless.
A special shout-out to Mark, who was truly incredible throughout the entire journey. He was exceptionally helpful and showed a level of patience that I really appreciated. He took the time to answer every single one of my questions (no matter how small) and ensured I felt confident and informed before signing anything.

Good customer service
Good customer service, listened to my requirements and offered good solutions. Louis was very helpful. The reason for 4 not 5 stars is that there was a slight delay in response initially, they gave the reason as busyness/overwhelmed with calls.

Helped me find the right deal, at the right price, at the right time
Finding the right deal for my needs and placing the order couldn't have been easier. Louis P and the team were very helpful. When factory delays put the delivery timeframe in jeopardy, Louis P was able to resolve and find a replacement vehicle and still meet delivery expectations. Would definitely recommend.

Toby a pleasure to do bussiness with you
Just want to leave another review to the manager of ABC leasing hubI ordered a car of these back in October With Toby what what a pleasure it was he was helpful with his knowledge and polite and went out of his way and beyond and he's just helped with another order blowing other quotes out of the water by 50 pounds a month so if anyone who is thinking of getting a lease car definitely go with this company and especially ask Toby to help am sure other employers are just as good but I can only go by my experience with him thanks again Toby 👍

Thanks Mark for making the process very easy.
After being let down by another lease company, I contacted ABC leasing and Mark made the process very simple, I got a quote on Tuesday evening and it was all processed, finance approved and ordered by Wednesday morning. I've never known such quick service.
EDIT: Van was delivered today, only 5 weeks from ordering to delivery (was quoted 10 weeks originally) so I am very happy, such a smooth process, thanks again

Mark Poole made the process very easy every step of the way even when we kept changing the requirements of the vehicle. What is very good is easy accessible on the phone to discuss any issues etc.

Excellent 5* experience
Our experience with Acorn has been excellent. We have used them for maintenance in the past and love how easy it is to deal with them, quick service and nothing too much trouble, a loan car is available for a small fee which makes it even better. This made us want to get our new vehicle with them and from the moment I called and dealt with Mark, the experience from start to finish was really easy, no pressure, great communication, the quote was extremely competitive and the vehicle was delivered to my door on the day we wanted it!
I would recommend and have recommended Acorn to everyone.

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. I placed my order in October passed all credit checks and the order was sealed. Fast forward to the week of delivery in January and sorry we have done another check on you and this years accounts don't look as good. Same business same credit rating. I've never been refused credit before. I spoke to a main dealer the next day and they offered me the same deal on the same vehicle without a broker fee. Order signed vehicle being delivered at the end of this month. Stay well clear of these amateurs.

Hi John, We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and understand how disappointing this was so close to delivery. All finance agreements remain subject to final lender approval up to delivery and always have a final review using updated accounts. Any decision was made by the finance provider, not by us. Different lenders apply different criteria, which is why another dealer may have been able to offer an alternative solution. While we regret the outcome, we strongly disagree with the suggestion that our team acted unprofessionally but wish you well with your new vehicle and hope you find a trustworthy partner for your future needs.

There were some personal problems…
There were some personal problems meaning I had to cancel a four year lease order, Mark worked with me and gave me several options and together we agreed on a new two year deal and waived the processing fee on the new deal, overall very pleased with the high level of co-operation and understanding shown by this company and found them to be easy to work with and would highly reccomend.

Great car and great experience so far
First time leasing a vehicle and from the great offers price wise , the responsive staff who answered all my queries to the beautiful car at the end all has been plain sailing so far. Thank you to Mark and the team - hopefully it will be a hassle free three years and I will want to repeat the experience all over again at that point .
