Great delivery guys - helpful
Great service in store
Highly recommend

First, could not fault Mike & Matt the delivery guys who were polite, careful & helpful, especially after finding 2 of 4 pieces of our corner sofa from Franco Ferri were damaged. They made sure this was reported back & took photos as proof, & fixed it so we can still use the sofa in the meantime.
However, our concerns regarding our experience are as follows:
1. Generally good experience with the sales team pre purchase but thereafter one particular sales person we dealt with had an unhelpful attitude & communications were somewhat lacking, especially after a simple enquiry 8 weeks from order date re the expected date of delivery.
2. The sofa is damaged in transit from Italy to the UK, which is of course not the fault of Abitare, but we are now having to wait for replacements while we also have worries about future customer care as Abitare is now having a closing down sale!!

Mike and Matt the 2 delivery guys were brilliant. Courteous, tidy, and very professional. They took all the packaging away, asked if they needed to take their shoes off before coming into the house, and assembled the furniture quickly. Highly recommend.

Mike and Matt were great they were very respectful and polite and they were very quick putting the table together. They showed me how everything worked and were just all around really lovely. The table is lovely exactly what we ordered.

Purchased a Natuzzi sofa from Abitare after being ripped off at a Natuzzi Store. I found these online with the sofa at 50% off. I spoke to them to check it was real and they advised we it was RRP. We drove over and purchased, their staff was helpful, patient, no pressure selling, and provided a great service. Highly recommended.

Today we took delivery of our new sofa and Mike and Matt assembled it with care, looked after our home and even moved our old sofa for us. They went above and beyond to make sure it was assembled correctly and we were more than happy with it.

Got in touch with Abitare about the Calligaris dining table that I bought from them 6 months ago that it has since got a bit wobbly. They were very prompt with their respond and sent Matt and Mike the next day to come and have a look at the issue. The guys investigagted thoroughly to find the problem and fixed it quickly. They are always very poliet and efficient so would highly recommend Abitare for great after care!

We have just taken delivery of a new sofa and some benches & chairs and cannot praise Matt and Mike enough. Nothing was too much trouble including walking about in their socks and taking away all the packaging after assembly! Their support completes a perfect sale.

The sales and customer support team are excellent, respectively Megan and Mary. Megan and the manager (Mike?) were very helpful at the time of my purchase. The latter, Mary, has supported my endeavours over a period since late 2022 to early 2024 to achieve customer satisfaction through Natuzzi regarding a problem with the cushion support of one of the reclining chairs of our suite. I’m now pleased to say that with the help of both Mary and Natuzzi the issue is now resolved. Thank you all concerned.

Dealing with Meghan at Abitare has been an absolutely delightful experience. She bubbles with enthusiasm and speedily and happily provided us with everything we needed to make a decision on our purchase. As a representative of the company then we cannot recommend Abitare highly enough. Thank you for a most enjoyable, and indeed fun, buying experience.
