Really pleased with our garden…

Really pleased with our garden furniture. It was really easy to put together, great quality and looks really nice. We had a problem with the delivery of one item but this was resolved really quickly and the customer service was excellent. Thank you.

Half a bed only

Only received half my bed (headboard) and they are not replying to my messages this is not acceptable emailed and contacted seller via b and q and no reply

Still waiting on a delivery update

Still waiting on a delivery update, I have asked twice and heard nothing from them

do not use/ 11.03.26 still no contact of collecting or refund

what a shower of s***, this company is ! cancelled my order as it would not have been delivered along with a mattress for weeks. ordered from B&Q market place ( this is new to me that companies can use B&Q like amazon.) A parcel was delivered but turned away as advised another parcel on a different day turned up and turned away, then the 3rd parcel all 3 were for a bed was left out side the house in the pouring rain. I have stayed at home for 3 Fridays as I was told by the company it would be collected. I'm still waiting since 20th December 2025.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and the inconvenience caused.

The bed frame supplied by us was shipped in three separate cartons and handled by different couriers, which unfortunately meant they were delivered on different days. We understand this may have caused confusion, especially as the mattress was supplied by another seller.

Our customer service team also made several attempts to contact you via the platform and by email, however we unfortunately did not receive a response. It seems that the messages sent through the platform may not have reached your email successfully.

We have already requested a full refund for your order through B&Q, so please kindly check your order status for the latest update. At the same time, we are continuing to follow up with the courier regarding the collection of the parcels.

Please feel free to contact us directly so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while this is being resolved.
