I registered with them in the past and provided them with all the documents, plus they approached my referees, but then nothing happened, silence.
Recently, I applied to some supply roles on a CV library. When I saw they were advertised by Academics, I was glad, I though to myself," great, I am registered with them and they have all my documents".
Unfortunately, today they told me that I have to register again, which makes no sense. If some documents became obsolete, no problem, I can send them up to date ones, but why the agency, which never delivered, asking me to spend my valuable time filling out again their registration forms again?

I was looking for a part time job, staff convinced me wont be an issue, all I have to do is pay for DBS.
A day after I submit payment, i received email from them-no vacancies available, everything is filled up.

I joined Academics (North West) back in March. I was a bit hesitant I would even get work but after all my checks were done I was quickly at a school close to me. Then soon I was back there. After a couple weeks, I was pretty much a full time member of the team, right up until the summer break. It was nice that the school and several of the departments requesting me by name. I have alway been paid on time and the occasional error was fixed the same day.
I am now moving onto other pastures but I would like to say a huge thank you to Chloe for looking after me. There was only ever 1 issue which Chloe resolved quickly and professionally for me. Also a small shout out to Roxy - Chloe's predecessor who was equally fantastic.

Honestly, they have been incredible and sugesh who has been helping me find work has been ever so helpful. He made sure I was comfortable and I feel like I’ve known these people for a long time. Very trustworthy.

I have had over 30 years of customer service and sales based experience so know what it takes to be professional and I must say that Segesh my point of contact really displayed a professionalism and polite manner that was inviting and very helpful! And would say all the people I have been in contact with from Academics have also had that work ethic of connecting with me and understanding all aspects or what happens when trying to help someone find a job? Fantastic experience!

Since being with the company with help from Sugesh with finding jobs he has been amazing with communication, very polite, kept checking up on how the week has been, how I was feeling being there and how is the transporting to and from the work place going. He has been very easy to talk to, any questions I may have I am able to ask him and he gets back to me as soon as possible.

I joined after finishing my PGCE (term ended a month before school term) and can honestly say they were amazing! I had work every day - and was also pre booked for work. Luke has been so supportive and efficient. Definitely a credit to the company. I would strongly recommend this agency, nothing was ever too much of an issue or a problem. And most of all, I felt valued and appreciated - this made a massive difference. I had regular check ins to make sure I was ok and also thanked regularly. Sad to be leaving (because I start my job in September) but will definitely be keeping the contact details to hand just in case. Diolch guys!

The staff at Academics have been amazing since day one. Very helpful, professional, easy to communicate with and polite. Hamzah Miah was amazing during my registration process when I first contacted them, he was really professional, helpful, patient and kind. Thanks to him all went well. After my registration went through, Elizabeth Barker-Green found me a lovely school. She was amazing, very professional and helpful, always ready to take my calls when I needed to speak to her, and always ready to help. I've been working consistently with Academics for more than a year. The registration and compliance procedures were dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
My consultant Daniel is a joy to work with. He combines his professionalism with thought caring and sensitivity.
I've had some challenges during this year and he has taken great care to make sure that the roles he's secured for me are suitable for my needs. Everyone seems to be leaving! I have had 5 different consultants and still no work. Must be something wrong with management that everyone keeps leaving.
