Sarah Danbury was just the most helpful person when explaining all my options for writing a will. She clearly has extensive knowledge and experience in working in this field and her advice showed this. Thanks Sarah.

The lady who talked me through my will was amazing , her name is Sarah Danbury and she was so patient , clear, kind , thoughtful and professional - an asset to the company . No one wants to think about the time when we leave loved ones but it’s peace of mind knowing the ways in which you can ensure financially your assets go towards a better future for them. 10/10 experience highly recommended (I heard of this company through nhs working scheme & it was highly reccomended with reason !) Today I spoke with Sarah Danbury at Accord. Whilst I was worried initially about talking to someone about my Will, Sarah was great. Great knowledge and very personable.
I've seen some bad reviews via TrustPilot, and was obviously worried. These mostly seem to be due to documents not being sent in a timely manner. Whilst I can't review this yet, (but will update on another review if happy / unhappy,) I have been told I'll receive them in Oct. My 5* review stands at this point in time.

Today I had a will writing appointment with Sarah Danbury from Accord Legal services.
Sarah was professional, polite and was very informative around the services Accord could provide. I would happily reccomended this service!

I've been waiting over 1 month to get a will. First appointment was cancelled and its been over a week just to get a date for a second appointment and still nothing.
Poor customer service and not how the emergency services should be treated from a provider who advertises support for them.

Sarah Danbury was so helpful explaining everything in simple terms making what could have been a complicated process very straight forward I would highly recommend Sarah if you are looking to prepare your will.

Advised of options and agreed which one was most suitable for my circumstances and completed the whole thing in under and hour. Personal contact number for any issues and happy to take calls about any queries questions I had.all in all a great experience would highly recommend Sarah

Have just been in contact with Accord Legal Services and dealt with Sarah Danbury in the preparation of a will. Sarah was extremely helpful and explained everything in a clear and easy to understand way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Accord for will preparation.

Got a text from this company asking if i was still interested in a free will. Answered some questions then agreed to a time to be called the following day. I then received a text asking me to confirm along with ensuring my partner would be available. At no point during the previous messages was i informed that this would be the case. Complete waste of time. I also asked not to be contacted again but received a further four texts!!!

Got a request for further information, so it was provided.

Got a call off someone from the company got cut off after a few seconds. They didnt call back so i dont think they can be bothered.

We initially made contact with Accord following a free will offer through the Police.
Sarah Danbury handled our enquiry and what a lovely lady she is. Friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable.
We were given all the options and information; had to start out with a basic package, but have been given all the info to go back at a later date and upgrade our protection with no pressure.

Sarah Danbury Was great and took us through the options. Sarah was patient and not pushy at all.
I knew there would be some costs attached as these things are never free but was pleasantly surprised at the offer.
