We recently worked with Sarah Danbury to write our will and set up a trust, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Sarah was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout the whole process.

She took the time to clearly explain everything to us, making what could have been quite a complicated and daunting task feel straightforward and manageable. Sarah was very patient with our questions and made sure we fully understood our options before making any decisions.

I was recommended Julie Booth by a colleague who had used her assistance in sorting his Will. Julie rang me back the same day I left a message, was friendly and explained the process clearly, as well as answering any questions I had in a clear, “plain English” way. Less than 2 weeks after the initial phone call, I had both Will and Lasting Power of Attorney completed. She gave me an indication of how long it could take before I received paperwork and what the next steps involved, she reiterated she was available if I had further questions or wanted to make changes like having the Will in storage

The service we received from Catherine Thomas was excellent – she was efficient and we trusted her knowledge and advice. 

Avoid this company like the plague. We spoke to them several times in July 2025 to arrange our wills,as of February 2026 we have received NOTHING. All we have received is many broken promises by Louise Noble.
