I had an appointment with Sarah Danbury. She was very friendly and open which made it very easy to discuss everything. I highly recommend her to support anyone needing Will writing services.

So glad I made this appointment and got this sorted. Life admin is something I always put on the back burner! An initial conversation with Sarah Danbury put my fears at ease, and Sarah took me through all the options. There was no pressure and Sarah kindly gave me time to discuss everything with my family before finalising everything. Sarah was extremely professional, organised and knowledgeable and I have already shared details with my sister. I can’t recommend the service I received enough, it has given me peace of mind, and it didn’t take an immense amount of time.

Very quick and efficient but also kind and not pushy! Very emphatic as well utterly professional and trust worthy.

Sarah Danbury was incredibly helpful and the will writing service was smooth and easy. Solid financial/ legal advice!

Me and my husband had a very good experience yesterday writing our first will with Sarah Danbury. She was very helpful every single step, explaining everything so clear until we had all clear to make the best decision for our family.

We arranged an appointment with Accord and spoke to a wonderful lady called Sarah Danbury. Sarah carefully guided us through all the information, allowing time for all of our questions and offered a range of options for the best Will to suit our needs. No pressure and no sales bumph. ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY
Well over a year ago this outfit were asked by a relative to transfer her home to her sole name following the passing of her spouse. Two follow up letters were also sent but experience with this and other matters shows they do not repond to correspondence or complaints. Today 18th November 2025 we have learned from a Land Registry enquiry by our own Solicitors they failed to carry out this instruction. They also failed to carry out earlier instructions and were totally disrespectful to us and our relative who was their client. In my opinion they arenot fit to practice Legal services.
This is a true reflection of our experience, and when they did eventually respond to repeated complaints their version of events was far from accurate.
Accord have now made direct contact requesting details. Given their failure to properly and accurately investigate the original complaints well over a year ago, this track record indicates a further investigation would in all probability again be inaccurate so we deny them this request.

I signed up for the free online consultation. All communication from Accord staff was excellent and very professional. I was contacted in advice confirming the details of the booking as the date approached. It was a very informative and useful meeting where everything was clearly explained to ensure I understood my options and I was given time to go away and consider my these before I made any decisions - I didn't feel pressured at all which I appreciated.
