Very Good, I was offered a number of options at very competitive prices. The service was excellent and the responses were very quick. The Agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered promptly

I was a little unsure how to book a


I was a little unsure how to book a flight as it is a long time since I have flown long haul . Kevin helped me with ease and consideration , so I am ready to go on a very special journey . I don’t like leaving a review until after my flight but I have been put at ease and all being well I can leave another afterwards !

Molly, the lady I was dealing with was unfailing polite, most kind and highly efficient. She was totally unflappable when we requested some changes to be made, and provided sensible advice which brought the matter to a satisfactory conclusion. Moreover, she was able to book us tickets at a very modest price.

Delayed refund of a deposit

While initially having good service from Ruby in sourcing premium Economy flights for a Trip to Australia, we changed our minds and decided to go economy. We had been persuaded to put down £800 deposit on the understanding that this would be refunded if we changed our mind, We were told that that this could take 7-10 days to clear but after 18 days and no refund I called. Before I had even said the reason for my call Kevin told me that my account had been refunded and the money should be with me soon. Apparently there had been a „glitch“ in their accounts, but it felt more like Ace flights were holding on to my money until I chased them up. Hopefully I will receive my money in the next 7-10 days!
Very poor customer service in my opinion.

Kevin is a Delight

Kevin is knowledgeable, a hard worker and a delight to work with. I have had to change my flights and it was no problem for Kevin. I might have to change them again, and I know he will do everything to make it smooth for me. Kevin is an absolute asset to Ace Flights UK and I hope that they know this.

Fabulous Customer Service

I used Ace Flights UK in March this year to book my return flights to Australia. I was so impressed and pleased with their service that I automatically returned to them to book further flights for my return to Australia for early next year. Kevin was brilliant and so patient and helpfulwith my requests to check different flight options, seating and dates etc. Nothing was too much trouble and he checked in by phone the following day to ensure i received my itinerary and receipt. I highly recommend Ace Flights UK for your travel bookings. It is such a rare thing these days to get above and beyond customer service. 🥇🥇🥇

agent as brilliant, a particular airline was not.
Kevin cannot be faulted, his hands were tied by the airline.

100% Excellent customer service

If you use this company, then ask for Kevin. You will not be disappointed. After becoming anxious and concerned about my booking made through another male agent, I then asked to speak to Kevin as he had such good reviews. I was very impressed. He put me at ease, dealt with my problem and more. Kevin is very knowledgeable and professional and so very patient. I highly recommend him and Ace Flights for all your holiday bookings. Thank you Kevin, you're a star and a life saver, you have no ideajust how stressed i was getting!
