Ace Flights was recommended to me by friends


Ace Flights was recommended to me by some friends who travel extensively to Australia and New Zealand. I got in contact with Mark who went out of his way to find me the most economical flight to Australia. He was able to give me advice with regarding booking a seat with extra leg room. All in all Mark was very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone wishing to book their travel flights through him.

Mark was excellent

Mark helped me find tickets to Australia for Christmas for myself and my family. He was so helpful and worked really hard to get me tickets with top airlines and good connections and hundreds of pounds cheaper than quotes I'd had from other airlines. He also added internal flights to the booking at about a quarter of the price I would have paid if I'd gone directly through the airline! Mark was friendly, polite and patient, he even stayed on late at work to wait while I contacted family in Australia about certain details! I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again 🙂

Mark

Mark, the flight consultant, was fantastic, he was patient, very informative, kind and polite-he listened to my flight needs and found me a good deal that was much cheaper than I’d been given from other companies. I would highly recommend and definitely use again in the future.

Molly was fantastic

Molly was fantastic, and made finding the best deal and flight plan for my upcoming trip to Australia, unbelievably easy and hassle free. She saved me a lot of time searching around multiple websites. She came across very friendly and professional and I will be using Ace Flights again in the future.

Fast and efficient support

I had a mad last minute rush to get my 3 adult children from London to NZ. So grateful to Molly of Aceflights who found me the best deal in a short space of time, updated me along the way, always responded quickly to my questions and was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She was so patient and encouraging. Not only did my children get to NZ in good time but they enjoyed their flights and even got to sit together. I would definitely use Aceflights again.

Great customer service!

We visit family in Australia every year and have noted that air fares from the U.K. continue to rise markedly. It was by chance that I came across ‘Aceflights.co.uk’ and the delightful Molly.

We gave Molly our travel dates and she quickly came back with three flight options. Having chosen one (at a significantly lower price than that offered by other flight agencies) she did all the bookings for us - and even arranged for us to book specific seats.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ace flights in general - and Molly in particular.

Molly spent over 4 hours helping to get a better price on flights for me so i could attend a funeral in Australia. Never ever known or had service like that before. Will use her skills every time now! Brilliant effort!!!

Well l had the most helpful agent


Well l had the most helpful agent called Mark he was determined to get me a flight to perth australia.he kept calling me back with different flight routes didn't seem to bother him. He finally found me my flight. If everyone in this company is as determined as him they will excel l would like to than you Mark you did a good job and very patient 👍

Our contact was Molly . Best service ever.
Pricing was great we booked flight's from Mancheser to Australia, on to New Zealand then Hong-Kong back to Heathrow finally Back to Manchester. Molly took all the pressure off arranging it all even booked the seats. Will be using Ace flight's again in the future

Molly your amazing !!!

Molly at Aceflights was the agent who dealt with my enquiry. From the very first call I feel Molly went above and beyond to help and get the best deal for me. I can’t thank Molly enough as now I’m set to see my daughter and grandchildren in Australia. Thank you Molly for your tireless commitment, even changing my dates from my original booking liaising with the airline and sorting everything out with no extra cost. Shane at Aceflights was very quick and helpful

Shane at Aceflights was very helpful with our bookings. We are a family of 5 and it wasn’t easy to find tickets to Australia on the dates we needed. He sorted us out with different options and quickly secured the seats as per our request. I will be definitely using this team again for my next flight!
