ACF Plumbing and Heating Limited レビュー

Very Professional, The Installation team was great they came out quickly and as arranged, they liaised with a family member for me as I was not at the property, I didn't have to worry about anything. The workmanship was excellent. Would highly recommend.

We had a full installation of a new heating system with all new radiators. Florian and the team were quick and professional. They explained each step of the process fully and guided us in deciding on the right boiler type.
The work was completed quickly and done very well. We now have lovely new system that keeps us toasty warm and costs a heck of a lot less to run! Five stars!

Arrived on time. We’re very conscious of my property wearing overshoes to protect my floors. The technicians were helpful, engaging and very professional. Service was completed in less than 40 minutes and work undertaken explained to me

Florin messaged us to let us know his arrival time. Work was completed on time and to a very high standard would definitely recommend this company as he was so helpful and friendly and very good prices. I will certainly use this company again.

Professional throughout and completed job in one day as promised. Responsiveness was good with post installation care as there was an issue with hot water.

Excellent boiler service, the team were able to fit around my working hours and good communication with ETAs. There was a small issue re. heating when I returned home from work and Florin and Ben were able to sort this for me ASAP and there was a really swift response to this. I’ve used ACF for three years now and always felt positive about the company and their interactions with customers! Thanks again.

Great people, very happy with the service.
Definitely would recommend.

At 6.30am I noticed the boiler wasn't firing as it should, I left a vm with Florin at 7am, he called me at 8, and arranged to come over that evening. He realised a slightly different part was needed, the boiler was working by 10am the following day. Great service, thank you Florin and team!

I’d like to thank Florin again for his professionalism punctuality, knowledge, experience and great customer services…
Thank you
M Guven

Florin provided a fantastic service from start to finish when our boiler was on its last legs. Very honest by giving us a quote to repair and a quote to replace, he didn’t push either option on us.
A very professional job done and not a spec of mess left behind! Great and secure system used for payment and conversations with Florin. Highly recommended and we’ll be calling again if we need a plumber.

We can highly recommend this company. They are efficient and reliable. We had a new central heating boiler and radiators fitted recently and are delighted with the work. A text or phone call let us know when to expect them and they arrived on time which was a definite bonus, especially for plumbers!!
Their Customer Service is second to none
We even received a surprise gift of a lovely scented candle and a thank you for supporting their business a few weeks after the job was completed. A rare and much appreciated gesture.
We would award this company more than 5 stars if we could and can recommend them 100%

Gas capped from a gas hob. The technicians who called were quick, efficient and courteous.
Very good.

Really good service. We didn’t have to wait long for the heating engineer to come out to us. He was very professional and polite and was able to fix the problem with our heating system quickly. Everything was left clean and tidy and the price was good. Would recommend.

Florin installed a combined sink/toilet in our new extension.

All work done quickly and tidily.
