Excellent first point of contact - understanding of situation we were in and getting engineer out first call in the morning . The engineer arrived and checked everything - fixed the issue and always honest about cause and that if the same issue occurred they could change a part. Mulgas installed a new boiler for our home in April 2026. This included moving the location from the existing boiler and dealing with all the associated piping. The communication in the lead up to the work was excellent, with quick responses to all questions. George attended for the two days of the work and did a great job, and was very friendly.
