Great products. I bought the scrapper and more recently the suction cup. Appear to be good quality products and they do provide the relief needed. I have tried other cheaper devices which were fine but Achedaway products live up to the difference in price

I am not an athlete, but this tool is also great for fibromyalgia. On bad days, I can use the scraper to loosen and warm constricted muscles. Just knowing that I can work on my tight, painful trigger points is a blessing indeed. I love that it doesn't need batteries, and that I can control the intensity and the warmth. A quick clean with a cleansing wipe and I am done.

The Achedaway scraper is an amazing product which I think is the best graston tool I have used to far. The combination of vibration and heat alongside the already known benefits of graston therapy is very versatile.

Absolutely amazing product that I simply just can't live without now. Plus I'm saving a fortune on sports massages, chiropractor treatments.

My scraper unexpectedly cracked a little when I was using it (still worked; but wanted to be safe with it)

Informed customer service who promptly sent me a brand new unit!

I also own the ached away cupping sets which are excellent and have had zero problems with.

Great massage gun

Bought the Achedaway massage gun. Great product. Has helped with recurring leg pain I have had over the past 4 years. Using it following cool down has also mostly removed post exercise muscle soreness.

Purchase was easy. Provided helpful follow up guidance on how to get the best out of it for specific conditions. Overall very happy.

Quick service. I have learnt that if you have more than six cups these, can be added to the app, but you cannot use all 10 cups at the same time. I’ve given back this feedback and I’m hopeful code will be re written so that six cups can be allocated to two separate timers…. Cups on the other hand work really well

I’m absolutely delighted with each of the Achedaway products I’ve purchased; the massage gun trumps all (in terms of build quality, performance and price it annihilates the theragun). Also the muscle scraper is a superb tool, particularly for lower leg muscle knots tension which as a marathon runner I get a lot!

Not only that, but the customer service from Achedaway UK, has been superb and they’ve went over and above any expected service to accommodate any of my questions or queries.

Highly recommend, especially over other main brands in the market which I’ve been less than impressed with in the past. Also, please don’t waste your money on Amazon cheap and nasty massage guns. I’ve been there before too, and they’re absolutely awful. Buy cheap, buy twice!

Did a lot of research before I purchased & opted for this company for a variety of reasons.
Service was excellent & the product is first class (I am led to believe as it was purchased as a present)
Hopefully the person I bought the gift for will appreciate & have a lot of use out of it

ArchedAway UK sent me a used product. When I contacted them for refund, it took several working days to even get an acknowledgement of my request. This is despite the website saying they respond in one working day.

It then took a few more days for them to actually apologise and offer a refund and provide the explanation that apparently I had been sent a reviewer model.

I have been refunded now and have returned the item.

Whatever you do avoid this company. I ordered the goods with no feedback of delivery details for a week. When asked for an explanation they gave a vague answer. I went on their website and told them it was such a poor customer service only to be told and I quote ''Whatever dude. We are not responsible for transport or shipping because we use the service of others. We sell products only. If a transport company f@ck up we can't do anything.''

However the swear word was spelt in full, I've had to adjust it in order to be able to post the review.

Have you ever experienced such a comment from any sales department?!

Just to add that the product was ordered from Achedaway Benelux. However it does not make a difference which office or country, it is one brand!

I have received not only an email response but also call from the Head of Achedaway UK. A very pleasant conversation and an approach you would expect from a brand with such a good reputation of their products. It is however apparent and not unusual that everyone on board does not yet appreciate the importance of customer care as well as the UK branch. Once I test the product I shall update my product review as the current rating is based purely on customer care I had received at the time.

Update 24.10.2023

Just to update that I have now received my Achedaway cuppers. The UK branch Head has personally ensured that goods get to me and he has kept me informed on regular basis. As a result of this additional customer care, I am upgrading my rating to netural (3 stars) and in addition will update once the cuppers have been tested thoroughly.

After several months of use I can now say that this is a great product. It helps me a great deal with my recovery as I do gym work 2 to 3 times per week and in addition I swim 3 to 4 times per week. I also had total hip replacement surgery just over 2 years ago and to day I still suffer from certain muscle imbalances and Achedaway Cups certainly help me with my recovery. I would highly recommend this product.
