I have had a terrible experience. Faulty gun which doesn’t turn off properly once on and customer service not helping me to resolve. No way of contacting them apart from a whatsapp number that no one... もっず芋る

Bought item from achedaway haven't had an email back to say if it's been dispatched or anyform contact from them, I would say to anyone that's thinking of dealing with this company to stay away from them, terrible company to deal with,buy there products else where...

Unimpressed

After watching a demonstration of Achedaway cupping on Youtube, I was prompted to order a pair of cups and the Achedaway pro massage gun, as there was a 25% off promotion. When I tried to order the cups, there was no mention of the offer promotion. After contacting Achedaway, they told me that the promotion was a clerical error, however they offered a £25.00 discount instead, which I accepted. I was unable to download the tracking app. and I find the customer service department very slow and difficult to deal with.

Customer service non existent

I have had a terrible experience. Faulty gun which doesn’t turn off properly once on and customer service not helping me to resolve. No way of contacting them apart from a whatsapp number that no one responds to. Still i am waiting for a response to get my money back. Hopefully this channel will help me escalate to resolve.
Proceed with caution would be my advice.

Really good product

Really good product. Gets too all those achy body parts. Easy to use although a manual explains how different head's, and how long to use over areas would be beneficial. Would recommend this product
