The training was insightful and I feel comfortable working with a client.

A Class Care have been a brilliant company to work with, and the carers have all been wonderful. We needed live-in care for my mother who has dementia, and this was organized very swiftly, thoroughly and efficiently. All the carers have been lovely people, very thoughtful, kind, gentle and competent. The care has been of excellent quality. The admin and organization have been very impressive. I thoroughly recommend A Class Care especially if you need live-in care.

We needed a live in carer for my mum after her mobility went down hill and the she had a stroke. We searched and came up with A class care. The communications right from the start have been excellent and Jenny has listened to all our requirements for mum. The carers that have been with us now for about 6 weeks have been amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble, they are friendly and have put mum first all the time.
I would highly reccomend A class care to anyone who needs a live in carer.

My 93 year old Dad has always been fit, healthy and a force to be reckoned with - he's the most organised and disciplined person we know (probably having spent his formative years in the army and the Foreign Office). This summer he ended up spending 7 weeks in hospital, recovering from emergency surgery, and not being able to move and was in so much pain. At one point, we thought we might lose him. He had never spent a single day in hospital before, so he was also really scared - and my Dad is not scared of anything!

When he finally came home (to the house he shares with Mum, who's 87), he was so thin, his muscles were non-existent and he needed help to get over the trauma of being so poorly. Mum and Dad are very independent but Dad was broken, had completely lost his sparkle and needed motivating to build himself up.

I contacted A Class Care, who I know through doing some work with them, and found some invaluable information on their website to help me to put a very gentle, yet effective exercise plan together for Dad.

A Class Care were so helpful and offered some excellent advice for how to give personal care to the elderly - which is perfect for families and carers who need help but don't know where to turn.

The advise gave an insight into the importance of preserving dignity, mental and emotional well-being and just being patient while being aware of what they need not what everyone else needs.

Dad responded really well to the gentle stretching exercises, chair cycling (we bought him a seat cycle machine) and gradual walks around the house, progressing to the garden and he loved the discipline of keeping a record of everything he achieved.

Within 8 weeks of leaving hospital, what a difference we all saw. He was looking better, moving well and almost back to his old self. We had a big family weekend trip up to Yorkshire, for him, in September, for his birthday, which he was able to fully enjoy because he was so much stronger.

Without the excellent advice of A Class Care, I'm not sure he would be the man he is today. He's healthy, happy and 94 years young.

We have been with A Class for three months now and our experience with their management and coordination regarding a care plan has been excellent. They have provided a very conscientious carer for our mother, who has been excellent and especially when there have been concerns with mum, as she needs a lot of care.

A Class Care has been looking after my mother since she returned home from hospital. She is bed bound and needs a lot of support. The transition from hospital went smoothly and was arranged quickly. The assessment took place at mum's home on the transfer day. The carers look after her wellbeing and medication. They call and liaise with the necessary medical staff when required. They make sure mum has enough to eat and drink as she can not do this independently. We also receive the support of the main office and the carer refers any problems to them. They take notes and everything is recorded (food, drink, medication etc). They have been excellent in this very difficult time and I would strongly recommend them.

Aclass is a brilliant company to work for which I recommend to anyone looking for work.I have been with the company for 3 years now.The staff is great always there to help and support you while you working.

What a great service, I wouldn't be able to deal without Aubrey help. He is become a family member going above and beyond his job. Will hugely recommend A Class Care.

The training we received on the 31th of July in Ipswich branch was very empowering and felt very confident to perform duties. It was informative as well.

The CHC kindly put forward A Class Care, from the initial phone call to the assessment Margaret the manager was very professional and explained everything to us. I was extremely pleased on my return with the carer chosen to look after my wife and our home was treated with respect and kept very clean. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend A Class Care to anyone.
