Great to give kids chores paying

I'm a 70yr old Grandma setting up accounts for my Grandchildren it's a challenging so Bear with me... I'm a very slow learner...

Easy, efficient, quick

It doesn't let me verify my daughter's social security number and now it says I have two kids on the invest and there's only one kid and it doesn't let me delete the second

Easier to send money and money is not ever misplaced… I really love the alerts to ensure my child I spending in places he can only spend at and with our knowledge

Ease of use and clear navigation. Everything I need to see a know about my money is there or options are presented in a way that help me make firm financial decisions.

Unable to assist with issues regarding charges. Representative informed me to contact my bank when Acorns Early is the one who handles my direct deposit and money in the account. Rep was not knowledgeable or helpful

I love this company my girls enjoy having their own card and being independent although I did take my son off because he has gotten to old.

Claudia answered my questions and resolved my issue in a timely manner. She was very kind and patient and her customer service was topnotch !

Easy to set up chore lists and auto funding for weekly allowance. The child focused financial lessons are great. They can learn how to save for bigger purchases and not have to use physical money. Wonderful

It will not let me load with Amex and that is only card I currently have with me

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. Dealing with this organization has been incredibly frustrating, and the number of times I have had to call seeking answers regarding my refund is unacceptable. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive clear and timely information. This experience has fallen well below reasonable customer service expectations.

It helps my daughter manage her money. She realized there are lessons to earn more and started the lessons.

I’ve tried to cancel this service multiple times and I’m still being charged. No one has helped resolve fraudulent charges. About to cancel my whole bank account to stop from continually being robbed.

I'm extremely disappointed with Acorns Early , When your money is involved, You shouldn't have to make multiple calls or wait for days just to get a basic issue like card activation and slow transfers resolved . Teaming up with #AIM HUB# has been the best pivot option for my emergencies . Good and steady payments.
