Both persons I talked to were very knowledgeable. I like that I'm able to give my grandson who doesn't live me an allowance every week and he has his own card which makes him feel special

Great money management for kids

Acorn early is a great way to teach young kids about money management and getting paid for doing chores. Any issues you may have, the customer service team like Angie is great and pleasant. She’ll take the time to assist you with any problems you have.

This organization does not like to return your money....

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. Dealing with this organization has been incredibly frustrating, and the number of times I have had to call seeking answers regarding my refund is unacceptable. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive clear and timely information. This experience has fallen well below reasonable customer service expectations.
