Apologies for any inconvenience caused. We generally need to check the installation photos and inspect the installation before issuing a certificate. However, this sometimes leads to a delay.
I have checked with our team, and they have sent the certificate. The delay was due to the weekend and the inspection process.

I had my cctv installed over 18 months ago and the installation and the service and support given by Liam was brilliant.
