Free bike fits from our experienced technicians are available on all new bikes, with fitting studios at both of our locations. Beyond this, we strive to be a local hub for cycling and help get the local community out riding, promoting local events and shop rides. Great customer service
Great customer service! When I called with a query on my order, I spoke with a very friendly member of the team who was really helpful and offered to deliver the bike to my door! Straight after the call, my bike was in it's way with all receipts and tracking details sent to me. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic company to order…
Absolutely fantastic company to order from the bike was delivered within days of ordering and everything was assembled fantastically. The bike was also securely packaged. After such an appalling experience with Evans Cycles I could not recommend this company enough.

The Active team in Folkstone

Brilliant service
Recently placed an order for a Trek Roscoe 7. Ordered online, was ready to collect in two days. On arrival, they had my bike ready in the shop. They took their time with me to make sure the bike rode how I wanted it to and made the necessary adjustments. Staff were very kind and friendly and was a very welcoming space. You can tell these guys are passionate about what they do.

Spent considerable money on a bike via their website, and then they subsequently contacted me to state it wasn't even in stock. Apologetic but hopeless. At least they refunded automatically.

We did try to source another bike for you but in this case that wasn't possible, which is why we immediately let you know and refunded you.
