The quality and service didn't meet…
The quality and service didn't meet expectations. My Quoc Gran Tourer laces shoe broke down just a few days into their first bike packing adventure, leaving the toes of my right foot totally exposed throughout the trip. Even two months later, I haven't fully regained sensation in my right foot.Although Quoc acknowledged the defect and confirmed it was under warranty, they didn't replace my shoes. They no longer had my original size in stock, so I had to settle for a pair priced £37 less than what I initially paid (£133 instead of £170). It was quite disappointing that no attempt was made to compensate me for the extra £37. I even suggested receiving cleats and socks of equivalent value, but this was declined.

Disappointing quality and service
Disappointing quality and service. My Quoc Gran Tourer laces shoe fell apart a few days into their first bike packing trip. The toes of my right foot were left completed exposed to the elements for the remainder of the ride. Over two month on, and I still haven't recovered full feeling in my right foot.
While Quoc agreed the shoes were faulty and covered by warranty, they did not replace them. They no longer had the shoe I had bought in my size, so I was made to accept a shoe that cost £37 less than my original purchase (£133 v £170). No effort was made to recompense me for the extra £37 I had paid which was very disappointing (I had proposed to accept cleats and a pair of socks of equivalent value but was refused).

Great customer service from Alice
Great customer service from Alice, which helped me get my pair returned as they were to small, then received my new pair in time for the Dirty Detour race. Based in Newcastle Australia & having to send back to the UK, my timeline was small, but, it worked. My advice go a size or 2 up than normal shoes.

18 months old and they fall apart
18 months old and they fall apart, the 'boa' lace has cut through the fabric lace hoop. They look nice, they fitted well...but I expect more than 18 months out of premium footwear.

Brilliant. I bought a pair of 44 Escape Road but they were too tight. Quoc and its impecable return process got me a pair of 45 and they fit just great. Thank. By the way, beautiful shoes.

This is my second pair of GT XC’s. I appreciate the different arch support options that come with the shoes, this has been really helpful. This pair was comfortable from the first ride, but maybe that’s because my foot knew what to expect. Look great, feel great! I’m sure I’ll be adding another pair from this line up in the future. Great shoes for the price
Great shoes for the price and love the color. Stiff sole and so far very comfortable. Good amount of room in the toe box compared to a lot of other brands.
