Free bike fits from our experienced technicians are available on all new bikes, with fitting studios at both of our locations. Beyond this, we strive to be a local hub for cycling and help get the local community out riding, promoting local events and shop rides. Going The Extra Mile
I ordered a bike from Activ Cycles and could not be happier. The customer service was second to none and I couldn't have wished for more. My bike arrived on time, was built as requested and competitively priced.

Quick easy and helpful
Easy to order and quick to be ready for collection. I rang in the morning of collection and they said they were giving it a once over before I got there, then when I was picking it up they asked me to bring the bike back once my boy has had a few rides to make sure everything is still set up right and even offered for me to bring my bike in to give it a once over. Highly recommend.

Great support through the buying process
Really good buying experience from Activ Cycles. From the initial call all the way to collection day. They even threw in a bike fit. Really good service, highly recommended.
