Free bike fits from our experienced technicians are available on all new bikes, with fitting studios at both of our locations. Top class mechanic
Very good indeed. I had overtightened a bolt holding the saddle stem to the frame and sheared the bolt head off. I could not find a cycle mechanic who would drill the thread out. The mechanic at Activ did this without any fuss. I am very grateful. Highly recommended.

A good company to deal with
Purchase two items of Ralph’s clothing. Great price and prompt delivery. Unfortunately, I had to return the items as they did not fit. No quibble return and prompt refund. A pleasurable company to deal with.

Great service.
Go the extra mile for the customers. Friendly, good communication and prompt responses to queries. Delivery absolutely spot on. No boxes, a fully built bike delivered to the door.

Service from my first telephone enquiry was excellent.

Would definitely recommend them.
We don’t live near the shop but would make the trip to visit them for bike service as trust their work.
