Order not received
Placed a order on the 26 Dec , I have still not received the item. Have submitted online requests asking for updates and no reply. There is no contact number to directly call them which is very frustrating

Hyper déçue et pourtant le colis n’est toujours pas arrivé. Je m’explique. J’ai passé commande et après avoir reçu le mail de confirmation je m’aperçois qu’il y a une erreur dans l’adresse. Mais genre c’est même pas mon adresse. J’ai envoyé des messages partout où je pouvais. (10 messages minimum) et aucune réponse. Et là je reçois un message pour me dire que ma commande est expédiée mais forcément à la mauvaise adresse. Je n’ose même pas imaginer la suite de l’histoire….
Ne gaspillez pas votre argent, produit de mauvaise qualité (2 fois le même problème)
J'ai acheté ce matelas pneumatique le 23 novembre 2022. A son arrivée, il y avait un bruit dans le moteur il ne gonflait pas et j'ai remarqué que les pales du ventilateur du moteur étaient cassées. On m'en a envoyé un autre que j'ai utilisé seulement 4 fois depuis novembre 2022 et aujourd'hui pour les fêtes, je décide de gonfler le matelas pour recevoir des visiteurs et une autre fois, il se met à gonfler et les pales ont toutes cassé et ils ne gonflent plus. Je ne trouve pas cela normal au prix que ça coûte que la durée de vie de ce type de matelas que j'ai utilisé seulement 4 fois pour 130 dollars et déjà cassé.... Il n'est vraiment pas génial de ce que je peux voir surtout avec le même problème 2 fois... Je leur ai écrit et après plusieurs emails, ils m'ont proposé 15% sur mon prochain achat lol ….pas assez débile pour me faire avoir une autre fois. N’achetez pas cette scrap.

What a fantastic company to deal with, I highly recommend.
I recently had an issue with an item I purchased back in Oct 24 ( mattress to be used for visitors during the Xmas break)
The mattress I purchased developed a fault, note: I have purchased the same item many times for family members and never encountered any issues before this. I contacted the customer service and provided the date/ batch no etc of the faulty product and following a review they agreed to replace my item immediately or offered a refund . This is very rare in this day and age so I felt they deserve a shout out for their excellent customer service, and I hasten to add they do have the highest quality of products, it was just on this occasion I encountered a problem. Well done and I will definitely see you in the future 😊x

J'ai acheté en novembre dernier un matelas gonflable deux places. Au début ça allait bien et puis au bout de quelques mois le matelas se dégonflait rapidement ce qui ne permettait pas de l'utiliser. J'ai contacté le service client qui m'en a envoyé un autre. Je l'ai utilisé quelques fois pas de problèmes. Mais voilà que comme pour le premier matelas, rebelotte, il se dégonfle rapidement dans la nuit. Je doute donc de la qualité du produit. C'est bien dommage surtout au regard du prix.
Great Customer Service
purchased an air bed and after using it twice, it started deflating. it happened around Christmas so it was very inconvenient. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful, they understood the time pressure and sent out the new air bed. the bed itself is quite comfortable too

Absolute shit like any other air mattress , can't you make bad which will actually hold the air!!!!? 50£ for nothing useless!!!
Active Era professional and helpful
Active Era delivered the double air bed rather than the single I had ordered. However they responded very quickly and sent the single air bed without requesting I return the double first.
The email responses were efficient and considerate and very professional.
The quality of the air bed is very good. It is comfortable and stays inflated. I would highly recommend both the product and the company.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Airbed arrived with a hole in it. Reported repeatedly but no response regarding a replacement. Would not recommend.
Bought a luxury king size airbed. Puncture in it
Bought a luxury king size airbed. Delivered sat 23rd Nov. Has puncture in it. Have submitted details on Saturday but heard nothing. Hoping it will be picked up on here regarding replacement. No number anywhere to ring.
A replacement bed has now been sent out on Wed 27th. With no number to ring difficult to get in touch with someone. But once you get a response, it is quickly resolved. Thank you Grace.
I recently contacted Active Era
I recently contacted Active Era about my airbed which had developed a fault. Their service was first rate, they reached out to find out what my issue was, and sent me a replacement item within a week of contact. It is rare that we get customer service like this anymore. I must say I am very impressed. All of this was done with no cost to me, no long interrogations, no denial of responsibility. I was left feeling like a valued customer and would not hesitate to use this company again.

Fantastic customer service.
Had a faulty mattress. Had thought about trying another company but a friend has had air mattresses from this company for a number of years now without issue. So glad I decided to pursue this as the company replaced the mattress very quickly. Very impressed with the customer care.

Dopo un utilizzo di 3 volte il materasso doppio ha cominciato leggermente ad afflosciarsi gonfiato e rigonfiato un paio di volte ma dopo 2 ore si afflosciava un po’ Cercato invano come da istruzioni eventuale perdita ma non c era Ho scritto all assistenza e velocemente me lo hanno sostituito . perfetti

Paddle board
Ordered a paddle board/kayak conversion back in june and absolutely loved it.
Fantastic quality, reasonable price and speedy delivery.
Ordered exactly the same 3 days ago for my husband and arrived today!
Only little thing that I would say is that I did not get an email when the items was dispatched, only a last minute Yodel notification of delivery on the day. Not bad in itself but if I was not have been home, it is nice to plan.
Regardless, love my purchase and recommend😀

Awful company - no customer service
Absolutely awful company. Firstly, the inflatable mattress I purchased was not fit for purpose, so I started a return.
This is where things really fall down - there are simple online instructions to follow, however, you receive completely automated emails with no contact number to call. I returned this two weeks ago and sent confirmation of the tracking and proof of delivery but no refund or word from the company. Avoid.
Good friendly, knowledgeable, customer service
Good friendly customer service and knowledge of products combining to advise me on the correct purchase.
