Disappointed

Quite disappointed. Based on my previous experience for over 18 years with other NAATI translators the first time ever I got "translated" document with foreign words written using English alphabet rather than producing properly translated words.
Asked for corrections - never been done. Replied this is new NAATI standards. Will contact NAATI for clarification.
Make sure you asked all questions beforehand

Fully recommend

I need it to get a translation fast and I ask for I asked different translation companies for quotes for the translation that I needed because it was a very specific document. Acidic was not only the fastest in reply with the quote but when I accepted the quote and went forward to the translation, the translation was ready so fast I could not even believe it. Some of the other companies have not even replied to my quotes in the first place. I am very happy with the quality of the translation and with how fast they are. They reply to all my questions in a very kind manner and they were very affordable as well. This morning after my translation was already ready, some of the quotes and they were so expensive and some others have not even replied at all.

I received the attached on my email


I received the attached on my email regarding translate for Divorce certificate. The original document attached with marriage certificate was wrong. Moreover, I paid $ 25 for Express courier from Thu 14 Aug 2025. Today is Fri 22 Aug 2025. I still have not received my hard copy of Divorce certificate. I did email Suphanni several time but no reply.

Was sent email asking for birth


Was sent email asking for birth certificate details when it was a house ownership /registration. D J Hartman had previous details from 2022. This was a straightforward translation no issues, but translator wanted us to do the work for them!

Translators often ask for specific details—such as names, addresses, or birthplaces—so they can ensure everything is spelled correctly and matches your official documents. With Thai in particular, spelling inconsistencies are common, and small errors can lead to rejections by authorities.

Although your previous translation may have been done in 2022, most translators do not keep client records for longer than a few weeks, as these often contain personal information and are securely deleted for privacy reasons. This is likely why you were asked to re-confirm the details.

We understand it can be frustrating to provide the same information again, especially when the job seems straightforward. But in this case, the translator was simply doing their due diligence to make sure your translation was accurate and acceptable for its intended use.

Drivers licence translation

Used the template translation service for a drivers licence. I was unhappy to be charged an extra $5.63 in extra translation/service fees because the translator decided to change the wording on a few items. The process was quick, convenient and relatively inexpensive, but I would not recommend the template translation service.

Needs a total rework done,not user friendly at all.

Firstly the set up is so slow and I still cant review my document even after tapping the review tab.This is totally unacceptable even after paying for it.
