The system is easy to use but with some quirks that would be good if fixed.

The system is easy to use. There are 2 issues: (1) the login on the landing page is not obvious. I know where to find it as I had previously used the system; (2) There is no place I could upload additional documents after reviewing the translation. I could only type out the translation issues when talking to the translator. It would be easier if I could upload another document to show the corrections.

Hi Leong, your suggestions are very helpful. Actually, the process that you've defined above is something that we have planned on the development pipeline. My idea is to allow file sharing via the chat. This would let you upload any revisions and the translator could then make changes and complete the job via the existing process.

What do you mean about the landing page login? How did you find AcudocX? Did you access our homepage? We haven't designed the AcudocX.com.au site to be customer-facing, as we are a B2B software, and our partners create their own landing pages. Your suggestion is helpful for updating the front-end, so, thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I completely understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologise for the issues you encountered. However, it’s important to clarify that AcudocX is a platform that connects clients with NAATI-certified translators. While we facilitate the process, we do not have control over the quality of the translations or the handling of sensitive information by individual translators.

In this case, it seems the issues you faced are directly related to the translator’s work, rather than the platform itself. We acted as quickly as possible to address the errors once you reported them, and I personally made every effort to ensure that the situation was corrected asap. That said, I acknowledge the impact this had on your experience and am truly sorry for the inconvenience.

We ask that you kindly reconsider and revise your review, as your feedback currently reflects on AcudocX as a whole rather than the specific translator’s performance. Hi Michael,

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve reviewed your job and noticed that it was submitted on a Friday, with the job returned for you to review on the same or next day. The 'draft' version was actually stamped and ready for you to use but the translator was waiting until the job was posted in the mail before he clicked 'complete job'.

While we understand that waiting two business days for the final translation may have felt lengthy, our translators do not typically work over the weekend unless explicitly requested. Additionally, there were no requests from your side for an expedited delivery.

We strive to balance quality and timeliness, and a complete translation delivered within two business days is a standard we uphold when no urgency is indicated.

Now that you have received the hard copy, you might consider revisiting your review.
