This is the second time we have used ACW Medical Services and they were fantastic! This time round we went for Emergency first aid at work course and an Annual refresher for the guys who did it last year. Matt was brilliant again, see you in 12 months!

Matthew came to Barlborough Medical Practice to give Basic Life Support training to our clinical and admin staff. Very engaging, friendly and informative. Will be booking for next year.

This is the 2nd time we’ve had Matt and both times he has been absolutely brilliant, and extremely insightful. We would recommend Mini First Aid to anyone!

Loved the Mini First Aid course. It was so informative and done in such a calm, friendly manner I absorbed every bit of info. Felt reassured to know our tutor’s background and expertise too. Highly recommend

Incredibly useful course - would highly recommend! Only 2 hours, great value for money, packed full of useful information for anyone who cares for infants and children, and all taught by a friendly and knowledgeable instructor.

Very informative and accessible session. I feel much better equipped for emergencies but hope I'll never have to apply what I've learned. The facilitators were great and I have already recommended the course to family members

Very informative and engaging training conducted for our on-site team. Covered all the major areas of concern, would highly recommend.

I could not recommend this course enough for parents so they feel informed and more in control if situations are to arise. Through the 2 hours we went through treating burns, meningitis & sepsis look outs, CPR for babies and infants and saving babies and infants from choking it was all very informative and we got to practise the techniques on dolls which was extremely useful to ensure we had got it right. The course leaders were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped you to understand everything by answering any questions you had. I'd say this was very good value for money for information we will have with us for life.

Excellent first aid course. Matt was a really engaging trainer and made the day interactive. The online learning prior to the practical course was very comprehensive. Would definitely recommend to do a course here.

Good price, simple explanations. Hands on learning . Trainer made us feel very comfortable and was clearly very experienced . Great course for new grandparent as we are and anyone else looking after children . Lots of advice for adult incidents as well . Would highly recommend.

We attended our mini first aid course with Matt who was great. He was really friendly and made us feel like we could ask questions and even though we were learning about what to do in some difficult situations he made us feel at ease and confident that we could do it. The trainers were really good in the way they delivered the course and brought real life examples into the training which made the learning more relevant to every day scenarios whilst also tailoring the course to our places of work. I really enjoyed the course, thanks.

I brokered Emergency First Aid training with Kelly at ACW for some of my staff team. It makes it much easier if we can send a full cohort of staff together which is what we agreed. The pricing was fair and competitive with other quotes I received and the communication with Kelly was top notch. She even helped secure a venue when our usual go to venues were fully booked.

I am advised by the team that the training was really good, clearly explained and a good balance of theory and hands on. We wouldn't hesitate in using ACW again.

It was informal but very knowledgeable which l liked 😊sometimes l get very anxious going on training but was soon put at ease and learned a great deal 😊

The training session was the perfect mix of theoretical and practical learning. The instructor was knowledgeable, engaging and clear when demonstrating key concepts. The practical sessions allowed us to practice and improve our techniques. Highly recommend the team at ACW.
