Brilliant session. Clear, concise and delivered with a sense of humour. This is the second update that I have attended with this company. Would highly recommend.

We've used ACW to do our in-house training for the past 2 years now and would thoroughly recommend them. Both Kelly and Matt are extremely knowledgeable and make the sessions entertaining and engaging as well as informative.

Had a one day First Aid at Work course done at our Office with ACW Medical and was really impressed with how knowledgeable and professional they were. Had all the answers to questions asked by members of our team and were all round friendly, nice guys. Learnt so much for a one day course including how to use an EPI Pen, Defibrillator, the recovery position, all types of wounds/breaks and CPR. Would definitely use them again for any further training.

Really enjoyed this first aid course, like that you can do the theory online with 1 day face to face practicle

The teacher was very informative and definitely very knowledgeable. The whole day was interesting and everyone was kept engaged. The only downfall was the actual place needs to be better advertised, it was quite difficult to actual find where it was.
Overall would recommend this course

I found booking the course very easy and Kelly, always replied to my emails and questions I had.

Matt came to my home to do the course with me, I was so nervous about the whole situation, and I'm not sure why, it was absolutely fine, Matt was so patient, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, he made me feel at ease straight away. He answered all questions I had throughout the course. The course it's self was very interesting including the online bit that I needed to do before the practical. I will definitely be booking my refresher course with them.

I can not recommend this company enough, they are absolutely brilliant!

Matt's experience and career really lends itself to the course with real life experiences. It was an enjoyable course.

As a small case management company we have used ACW to train our support workers. Kelly and Matt have been really supportive and accommodating to help manage training our varying teams. All support workers have given really positive feedback about both paediatric and first aid at work, describing it as informative and fun. ACW provide effective first aid training for all ages levels and needed I cannot recommend them enough.

Kelly and Lucy provided excellent CRP training, including anaphylaxis and choking for our GP Surgery staff. Great feedback from a lot of staff saying it was the best CPR training they've had. Thanks a lot Kelly, will definitely be using again next year.

We can highly recommend ACW medical services. We had a great afternoon with Kelly, a very hands on practical session which was great fun and very refreshing after the two years of e-learning! Very informative and covered everything we needed as a surgery, CPR (baby, junior and adult), Defib, Anaphylaxis and choking. Will certainly be using them again.

We booked ACW for a community children’s first aid course, and it was fantastic. All the children thought it was great, and took home some very valuable knowledge. From liaising with Kelly to book the course to Matt running the course it was so professionally done. We are looking forward to booking another course soon!

Thank you Matt for a very informative and vital course. The information regarding Choking, CPR and baby first aid was excellent, just what we needed as Grandparents.

Excellent CPR, defib, anaphylaxis and choking training with AWS Medical. Kelly & Matt have provided four face to face engaging and informative training sessions for us. Our teams have really appreciated the face to face training after a few years of online learning due to Covid. We have enjoyed their training so much that we are booking AWS Medical again for 2023.

Fantastic CPR, choking and AED training with ACW medical. I think this has to be the best CPR training we've had. Kelly made the session informative and covered all areas of the training thoroughly. She kept the team engaged and made the session fun with real life experiences and clinical scenarios. Thank you!

I’ve now had two sessions to learn British sign language with ACW Medical Services, and cannot recommend them highly enough. The course has been so interesting and informative, but also SO MUCH FUN. I found it quite daunting to take the plunge as a ‘mature student’ but everyone is in the same boat and at the same level, so you never feel silly or stupid asking questions. Kelly and Crystal make a fabulous team and deliver the course content in such a great way. Two hours is gone in a flash when you’re having so much fun, and I’m amazed at how much we’ve learned already. Can’t wait for the next session!

As part of our children's swim school we had the opportunity to attend a first aid course with ACW Medical Services. Both children enjoyed the course and spoke about what they had learnt that day, they are looking forward to attending another one soon! Thank you 😊

We attended as a swim school as part of our Junior Life guard programme. This was an amazing experience an gave the children the required skills they needed. We will defiantly be returning for the second session as soon as possible. The session was child led and fun and interactive. will be recommending everywhere !!
