Great informative course. Matt was very personable. The venue was great, would highly recommend.

Always a good, interactive training session focussing on all levels of medical staff

Attended my 2 day 3 year refresher course at the Dronfield Site. Matt was so knowledgable and ran the course at a good pace and was happy to stop at any time to discuss the topic in more depth and re go over anything that my were unsure on. The course length was perfect and the course material and equipment were excelent. One of the best 2 days courses i have attend. Keep up the good work would defernatly recomed this trainig company.

Kelly came to Wales High School to deliver an assembly to all of Y12 and first aid course to 30 of our students. She is so knowledgeable, understanding and relatable. She was straight to the point and supported our female empowerment week. Giving hard hitting statistics on female CPR and really useful strategies to support/ conduct CPR on women. She was super engaging and students were 'buzzing' about her after the sessions. We will definitely want Kelly back! Couldn't recommend more.

The training was absolutely fantastic - very informative, easy for non clinical staff to understand and very hands on! CPR training was also good as ACW medical services use different size models which made this training stand out more.

The trainer was approachable, the group size was perfect, the training equipment was better than I had seen previously, the online material was clear and relevant and I came away feeling confident in my knowledge.

Very friendly and welcoming, really enjoyed my experience in learning first aid, very well presented and lovely setting.

We had our staff CPR trying with ACW Medical and delivered brilliantly by Matt. He explains everything so clearly, answers any questions you may have and has patience to go over things more than once if you do not quite understand. I would highly recommend this company to anyone as we all need to know how to help someone if CPR is required. We also covered what to do if anyone is chocking,which again the training was delivered excellently.

Our gp practice ,have had resus training for the past 2 years with this company , know both Kelly and Matt as health professionals and are both extremely knowledgeable, in my career as a nurse I’ve attended many sessions of resus training with different people and can hand on heart say this is the best one, there’s a lot of different resus dummies to practice on, as well as a choking dummy so no one misses out on practice , I can promise you’ll leave the training feeling confident

An in depth course, in informal surroundings, delivered by a friendly knowledgeable trainer.

Great session for our lunchtime supervisors and some TAs, All came away knowing much more and enjoyed it too.
