I bought new shoes from Adidas, an Adidas Running Adizero SL2. Started using last week Monday and I have been loving it since. It feels so soft when I run or jog in my exercises. Great traction and never slip.

1 of my favorite brand. I love all the designs and got a few pairs. Thanks for fast delivery! ❤️❤️❤️

Adidas Philippines is by far the worst experience I've had with any Adidas operation throughout the world. From the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
3 times my order was "being packed" and 3 times canceled. For the same item. No explanation.
Another time for a different item.
Returns go into a black hole. They don't answer emails or phone calls. It takes them 3 weeks to acknowledge a return and then provide zero information on how to get your COD refund. So you have to chase down customer service in the app.
I'm not sure who manages Adidas Philippines but it's time for them to take deep look at their online operation.
