Платформата като цяло ми харесва и я използвам с удоволствие. Интерфейсът е функционален, а екипът по поддръжката реагира бързо, коректно и с конкретни решения при възникнали въпроси или затруднения. Това създава усещане за сигурност и професионализъм.
Единственият аспект, който според мен се нуждае от подобрение, е управлението на демо сметките. Често се оказва, че са отворени нови демо профили, без да е напълно ясно кога и как са създадени, след което се налага да ги изтривам. Това създава известно объркване и усещане за излишна сложност.
Смятам, че платформата има потенциал да стане още по-user-friendly с по-ясна начална страница и по-интуитивна структура. Като потребител бих очаквал при влизане да виждам директно своя портфейл – наличните средства, притежаваните акции и тяхното текущо движение. По-добрата визуализация и по-ясният фокус върху реалния ми акаунт биха подобрили значително потребителското изживяване.
Като цяло впечатлението ми е положително, но има възможност за допълнителна оптимизация на интерфейса.

I am from Iraq, we don't have a lot of choices and we don't have available way to deposits and withdrawals from the site, and that so bad for me, so if you add some another ways
Visa or master cards or other ways like other sites so will be good and I will return to change my view about it

DONT EVEN THINK TO WORK WITH THEM
I honestly do not believe that the 5-star reviews here come from real clients. This broker geting worse and worse every year.
Anyone with basic trading experience, andhas little mind would not trade under these conditions.
The only consistent activity I experienced from customer support was persistent pressure to make deposits — nothing else. Once money is in, the tone and priorities change completely.
To me, this looks like yet another Cyprus-origin structure hiding behind “regulation” while systematically draining clients’ funds. The regulatory narrative is used as a shield, not as real protection for traders.
My advice is simple: keep your money in your own pocket.

RED FLAG! My path also crossed with this company.

However, while researching them, I noticed that there are many serious alegations circulating in trader groups and forums, some of them supported by what users claim to be evidence. Becouse of this, I decided to do my own research.
What I found is concerning. It appears that Admiral has been reporting significant loses over the last 3 years and has been losing clients at a fast pace in recent years. This makes the large number of overly posittive reviews look like a clear contradiction.
Over the last years, the company has closed or sold several well-regulated branchs and has increasingly redirected clients to the offshore entity, Admiral SC, where most of the activity now seems to take place.
In multiple forums, some users claim that funds in their accounts were erased, and they share screnshots and transaction records to support their statements. There are also discussions suggesting that Admiral SC may exist mostly on paper, with no real operational staf, though I cannot independently verify this.
Based on the amount of complaints and discussions, it would not surprise me if serious legal actions are brought against this company in the near future. One can’t help but ask: are trading loses being covered with client funds?
When you look at the overnight swaps and trading conditions, the situation already raises red flags.
My personal advice is to stay especially far away from Admiral SC.
If a broker is willing to play such games, I would personally stay away from the entire group.
This is not investment advice :), just my personal opinion — but honestly, there is a very bad smell coming from this company.

No approved clients have brought forth any allegations in relation to being forced or redirected elsewhere. Any adjustments to our group of entities (and not a "branch" network) are part of a strategic optimization to enhance efficiency within the group, not a move to bypass regulation, a move we would heavily condone.
