Se había producido un error la semana…
Se había producido un error la semana pasada en la plataforma MT5 y como consecuencia en una operación que realicé había perdido dinero por ello, el equipo de Admirals se ha comunicado conmigo en solo 1 semana y ha procedido aprobando la compensación por dicha pérdida. Espero les ayude a saber cómo responde este bróker ante los problemas que a veces suceden.

Llevo casi dos años operando con Admirals Markets y siempre he tenido buenas experiencias con la atención al cliente y el servicio prestado, el día de hoy sufrí un intento de robo de mis fondos, hackearon mi contraseña de acceso, gracias a la oportuna intervención del equipo de Admirals mis fondos fueron asegurados y la transacción fraudulenta fue declinada, el señor Luis Cisneros que es la persona que siempre me ha brindado soporte de manera muy profesional y oportuna se contactó conmigo inmediatamente cuando notaron la actividad sospechosa en mi cuenta , la seguridad del broker es excelente , aun cuando los inescrupulosos lograron acceder a mi cuenta,el robo no pudo ser realizado con éxito , estoy muy agradecido con todo el equipo de Admirals. Recomiendo este broker 100%.

La piattaforma presenta una struttura chiara, l’operatività è stabile e le informazioni sui costi sono trasparenti, elementi che aiutano a gestire gli investimenti senza sorprese.
