It’s more or less good service
It has a certain amount of localization which was actually their competitive advantage. In other stuff I didn’t come across something extraordinary, a usual investing service, like anywhere else with the same service.
One thing I noted and found not much convenient, is verification process. Appeared to me, like I want to get some access to the restricted territory

Paciencia y Gestion
Mi experiencia fue mala, tuve 8 solicitudes de retiro rechazadas de manera automatica, sin embargo Sviatoslav Santos representante de asistencia al cliente tomo en persona este complicado caso de retiro de fondos y trabajo a la par conmigo durante dos semanas hasta que encontramos la linea de pago optima, para completar la solicitud de retiro
estaba desesperado con este asunto, inclusive me estrese pero Santos fue mi paciente muy colaborador y se esforzo mucho por ayudarme a resolver este caso en especial
al final los fondos fueron transferidos a mi cuenta bancaria de manera completa y en tiempo de 23 horas que para mi es excelente
no les doy las 5 estrellas por obvias razones , pero reconozco la calidad y capacidad del servicio al cliente no me abandonaron y al final todo se soluciono de manera clara y transparente

Great service, especially if you are from Latin America
I´ve been trading with Admirals for a couple of years and it has been a great experience. It has been very easy to make deposits, the transfers to cash out, the app is easy to use, and great costumer service, with real persons, in my language (spanish).
And for me, being in a latin country (Guatemala) sometimes is a little hard to find a broker where you can trade and manage your accounts easily. Admirals have made it very easy and accesible, thats why I´m staying with Admirals
