Por la informacion muy importante para mantenerme atento en mi salud

Muy contenta con la experiencia, realmente todo encaja. Me ha resultado muy útil porque gracias a Adntro me he dado cuenta del porqué me sentaban mal algunos alimentos, y también me es útil para poder prevenir con hábitos adecuados algunas enfermedades que por genética puedo tener predisposición. El tema ancestral me ha parecido muy curioso ver que soy 100% gallega, lo que significa que he cogido esa parte genética de mi madre ya que mi padre no era gallego. La App es estupenda y se nutre con nuevas experiencias por lo que me he abonado para siempre.... solo se paga un importe fijo una vez.Es muy interesante y lo recomiendo.

ADNTRO is the most informative DNA and ancestry company. Data is displayed in an easy to understand dashboard that provides ancestral as well as health data.....very specific and informative.

I like that you could give me my Maternal haplogroup, and my brother his Y-DNA. I also liked how you tell us how much Neanderthal and Denisovan DNA we have. I really like this site, and will recommend it to everyone I know.

Your service and what you can learn about your genetic background is outstanding. I have always said since I learned about Neanderthal man that I believe I have connections to it and thanks to you I had it confirmed and I also learned that I have connections to Denisovan man.

you pretty much was on target with most test. I would like to see more BP meds and what i am allergic too. Also more health problems. Drs. always say I have an autoimmune disease but don't know which one. Thank you for what u do.

I had a mixed experience with ADNTRO. There are aspects of their DNA test that I really enjoyed, and others that left me with significant concerns.
The good part: ADNTRO offers detailed insights in areas like nutrition, sports, personality, and especially health, which I found very helpful and well aligned with the results I've received from other DNA testing companies. The reports are clear, easy to understand, and generally consistent across platforms. These features are definitely a strong point.
However, I was disappointed by the "Know Your Origins" section. The first time I tested directly with ADNTRO, the results showed a balanced ancestry composition 44% European and 44% Native American which matches what I’ve seen from four other DNA services.
But when diving deeper into their breakdown, ADNTRO reduced my European ancestry from 44% to just 2%, and increased my Native American ancestry from 44% to 98%. This felt to me like a clear racial bias in the interpretation. I'm not saying it was intentional, but as a user, I felt that a part of my identity was disregarded despite being confirmed consistently by other reputable companies.
Another feature that didn’t seem very useful was the "Labs" section, which shows how my data is related to their scientific team. Honestly, I would have preferred a matchmaking feature with other users, something many other platforms include and which adds a lot of value.
To sum up, I’d give ADNTRO an average rating. While I really appreciated their health and wellness reports, the way they handled ancestry estimation left me quite disappointed and made me question the balance of their algorithm.

Experiencia muy interesante. Es fascinante conocer mis orígenes y pienso que han acertado de pleno.
