I uploaded my raw data from 23andMe for the free upload to see my Ancient DNA results. The results showed a breakdown of African, European, and North American/Asian, which matches my 23andMe results. For $20 upgrade, it will give you results from recent times. I unfortunately upgraded after much consideration, and my results were not what I paid for. It pretty much shows that I am related to Africans and African Caribbeans. What happened to my European DNA, which I have a good percentage of. If you are mixed race, they do not breakdown DNA from all of the countries, it just compared your DNA to an overall ethnic group of different countries. What a waste of money. I know that I am similar to African Caribbean and Africans because I am Black American. The update is totally useless. On 23andMe, I was 66% African, 32%European, and 2% Native American. For this company, it gave me 66% African, and 31% African Caribbean, and the rest is smaller incorrect percentages. This is not what I paid for. I am requesting money back. I am truly surprised on how high the reviews are on this website.

Buena relación calidad/precio del servicio, ningún problema en la recepción y envío de las muestras, buen tratamiento de la información genética y perfectamente recomendable. Sugiero, como puntos de mejora:

-Proporcionar posibles acontecimientos históricos ligados a migraciones para construir hipótesis sobre la ancestría personal.
-Aunque no esté permitido contactar con otras personas de la comunidad por privacidad, incluir información sobre los genes que intervienen en la manera de ser en el amor, las relaciones y hasta un perfil sexual en la sección de personalidad.

Y nada más puedo decir. Encantado con el servicio.

So I paid some money for a RAW DNA Upload, they technically don't even do anything and I just get 99% of a country, instead of at least some more details.

Thanks to custom made results and recommendation to use particular elements against hairloss, Adntro literally saved my looks :-)

Great information. My only issue is the lifetime subscription should account for the other uploads and not just one.

Great app and fascinating data! It was totally worth it and the whole process took less time than initially thought.

Maybe the database focuses slightly more on Western Europe (i.e. Iberia) but that is just a personal impression and it might grow.

Still seemingly accurate results from what I get about my genetics and ancestry.

Talking to GeneAI got me so many additional details and I personally love this feature the most about the app.

It's interesting to discover your " body " in a different way. Genetics is not all that matters, but it is a starting point to know. The problem is how to interpret these data, what to do with and how to correct them. However, it is fascinating.

Han cumplido con todas las expectativas puestas en ellos. Además se mantienen activos con nuevos avances en genética y te van informando sobre ello.

Compré el kit premium y además pagué 9E extra por un servicio de envío urgente. Ponía correos express.. Mi sorpresa ha sido al registrar el kit e ir a generar la etiqueta, lo hacen con UPS. La peor empresa del mundo para enviar nada aquí en Mallorca. Para empezar todos los puntos de entrega son autoescuelas que cierran en agosto, lo cual me hace tener que desplazarme 25km a su central. No encuentro en la web una forma clara para reclamar...

Conclusión, empezamos muy mal con el producto y eso que aún no he podido ni enviar la muestra. Espero que una vez analizada no sea así de deficiente. Lo normal si pagas un extra son facilidades, no complicaciones como las que me está generando la forma de enviar la muestra.

La logística y tiempos de entrega de resultados fueron acorde a los publicados en la página web.
Los resultados obtenidos de las muestras, han coincidido en algunos escenarios de salud.

Todo funciona bien. Dispone de múltiples características. Las indicaciones adjuntan meta información maravillosa, profesional y confiable. He apuntado a mi familia y, tras usarla por más de un año, el acierto es notable en los adultos así que, con seguridad, le será de gran utilidad a mi hija menor. Muchas gracias.

I love the dna results, they are spot on with my family tree. Everything is very accurate on the site.
I really enjoy the medical parts to watch for and the scores for them too. I have symptoms of a few (and they run in my family as well) of my results and made a dr appointment! :)

I've had some problems with my data and the support helped me very quickly to fix the problems. I'm pleasantly surprised and most of the reports I've seen so far seem to be correct (in regards to the displayed trait).

Por curiosidad esta bien, pero es demasiado dinero (150 euros) para cosas generica y para saber más cosas hay que pagar más (subscripciones)
Luego te lo explican como si supiéramos biología, estaría bien explicar los resultados de manera menos profesional o ambas.
