Os informo de cómo ha quedado el pedido que hice hace 17 días y después de 3 llamadas a atención al cliente y varios emails asegurando que todo estaba correcto y que sólo se trataba de un retraso por la gran cantidad de pedidos. Hoy ha llegado esto:

Con respecto a tu pedido 700909154 , sentimos informarte de que ha tenido que ser cancelado por una incidencia de stock.

No hay más palabras.....lamentable!!!

Having read these reviews AFTER placing the order has anybody ordered from them recently? The item I ordered is too big (medium). No return info apart from a DHL label with no instructions how to plan a collection, but I have a plastic envelope and label. Does anybody know what I do to order a DHL collection? Thanks

Just incompetent and unprofessional. My order cancelled after four days of waiting due to 'not in stock'. Probably because they sold it in Spain (as opposed to internationally). Apart from that, AD sells their product online at higher prices internationally even though that is not allowed in the EU.

Os voy a contar lo que me ha pasado hoy en el corte inglés , en la zona de Adolfo Domínguez, vale que soy pequeña y me muevo entre una 34 de talla. Pero hoy ha sido el colmo, al ir a buscar un vestido, o algo más arreglado pero informal, la dependienta me ha mirado de arriba a abajo y me ha soltado un "Aquí no tenía nada para ti, este no es tu estilo", a cuadros , me he quedado a cuadros.

I fortunately looked on line for reviews before ordering, I was curious why there were no reviews on the website against the garments as I like to read how others review whether you may need to size up or down.
There are some beautiful clothes and quite a few items I would of ordered, I was really excited after just discovering the brand BUT the customer service and return reviews are so bad, I’m gutted but will be emptying my basket and giving it a miss!

Pedido realizado en periodo de rebajas. Al día siguiente de la compra confirmaron la entrega en las siguientes 24 horas y así fue, incluso algo antes de lo previsto. Mi pedido estaba en casa antes de las 48 horas.
Era la primera vez que compraba online. Repetiré sin duda!

Estoy de acuerdo con otras opiniones que comentan que la pagina web funciona bien, ya me ha pasado en dos ocasiones que me comentan en la tienda que no me pueden solicitar la prenda que quiero xp no les funciona el sistema informático. He mandado amails a atención al usuario que están sin contestar.
Creo que tendrían que mejorar estos inconvenientes.

No actualizan el estado en la web y el seguimiento no funciona muy bien. La atención de dudas por vía mail es muy mejorable. Venderían mucho más si mejorasen estas cosas. Con todo lo que mueve ahora el comercio online, deberían revisar estos detalles.

Muy atentos tanto en tienda como en servicio online. Incluyeron un regalo en el envío por haber tenido retraso.

I returned part of the order and 1,5 months later, I still haven't got my money back.

I purchased in AD online shop in Feb 2021, returned the item within a week. Up to now (mid April 2021) no confirmation of return, no refund and no response from Customer Service to my email enquiry. No more shopping from AD ever again in the future. Dishonest, below standard customer service.

Ineducadas por completo en la tienda del centro de valladolid de adolfo dominguez. Te siguen y persiguen en la tienda como si se tratara de que fueras a sustraer algo.
Un cero a esas dependientas. Muy violento.

I have ordered many items, in both men's and women's, from AD and all of them are fabulous, beautiful cut and quality. They have very good sales, which I usually take advantage of. I've never had any problems with customer service, only ever had to return one item anyway over the many I have ordered. The clothes are cut to be fluid and a bit oversize, which don't always suit me, but I know what to order and what size, cut and style does. This is one of my favourite brands because I know I can expect a quality and long-lasting item.

Ordered £200 of clothes which arrived but much too big. Desperately trying to return them but it’s exactly as the reviews report. Got through on the phone to AD customer services who send labels to print for customs. I filled them in and did as requested on DHL returns envelope however DHL are returning the item because I don’t have an invoice for return from AD! What a nightmare!!!

I have made a couple of orders and then had to return a part of the orders. The return has been processed on 10.02.2021 and I still didn't receive my money . I wrote lots of emails without an answer. For someone who spent a good amount of money, to get this treatment, I won't shop again- too bad as I like their clothes but the customer experience has been awful.

Hago una compra online, 11 días esperando sin ninguna noticia y finalmente me cancelan la compra por falta de stock, no lo sabían hace 11 días?
Me han dejado tirado con un regalo. Servicio horroroso,,así quieren competir en el negocio online?, van directos al fracaso. Mal, muy mal

La atención al cliente es espectacular. Soy cliente de Adolfo Domínguez porque ofrece un estilo que me gusta. Lo único que lamento es que la calidad de las prendas es menor ahora que antes, y que las fotos de la web a veces no reflejan bien la apariencia real de lo que compras.

Experiencia servico venta online 0. Imposible contactar por un problema en el envio. Dias sin respuesta al correo y 15 llamadas entre las 9 y las 20h y siempre ocupados.

Finalmente unos 20 dias para que llegase el pedido de rebajas a tienda para recogida y sin notificaciones de entrega ni seguimiento envio, pasando a preguntar a los amables dependientes. Prendas de calidad a buen precio en rebajas con paciencia

Muy decepcionada con la compra on line que hice. 10 días después no hay ni noticias del envio. Y no hay forma de que den una estimación de cuándo lo harán. Y solo llegan correos automáticos diciendo que no pueden atender los pedidos, como si no fuera evidente. Debe ser culpa nuestra por comprar allí...habrá que poner remedio no volviendo a hacerlo.
