Wrote a review about a year ago , and still stand by it today. These people just rip you off. Again 1 year on this still stands fortunately I have managed at least 2 people not going there. The date I have entered is false as my experience was over a year ago . But I font forget !!!

I had a problem with the Numax 105 leisure battery not performing as well as a 3 year older battery, same spec. Also conflicting with my inverter.

The customer service was initially quite defensive from ABS but with perseverance they gave me a refund minus the postage both ways.

According to there test the battery was fine but I will choose an alternative supplier in the future.

I contacted ABS to confirm the correct battery for my Suzuki SX4 They replied with the Information within 24 hrs with choice of a range of batteries suitable. Great service super fast delivery very well packed battery looks great

Excellent service quick delivery purchased a battery for my Picanto will be purchasing another for my other car.

Hi purchased 2 leisure batteries feb 2023 had a problem with one battery took them back today explained problem to a couple chaps they spoke to the boss who didn’t hesitate and replaced not one but both batteries what more could you ask for excellent .mervyn

Struggled to find a Battery for my Mazda, but ABS sent one the very next day, cannot fault their service.

There copy and paste buttons must be nearly worn out, seems to be the same answer to every bad review do yourself a favour just buy somewhere else

Bought an own brand XD + battery for my Saab 9-3 in 2016.(Replaced a 2 yr old Lucas which failed). Very low mileage car, so battery has not had regular charging, but has performed faultlessly for 8 years. Still not failed, but indicator turned black and reading 12.0 volts at full charge, so just ordered another , before going on holiday.

Excellent communication from both ABS and DX Express (Couriers), next day delivery, right product well packaged, delivered on time by very helpful and courteous courier. An all round excellent experience - what more could one want?!

Looked for a replacement battery for the car, found Advanced Battery Supplies. Ordered it before 16:00 and it arrived the next day, well packaged. Battery fitted and car started - no problem. Battery has a 5 year warranty too. Great product and great service.

Waited in all day for my next day delivery of my batteries. Phoned them and got nothing but abuse from the owner. No apology, just shouting abuse……

Placed an order for a Leisure Battery, within minutes received an confirmation email, shortly after that a dispatched email. The courier then sent me an email with estimated delivery time, next day 09:30. Courier did a very good job informing us and carefully delivering our battery to our safe location. Great service ABS, will definitely recommend you Guys...

i bought a battery from these people i wish id read the reviews first in 70 years iv never heard such b/s in my life the battery that arrived had gaffer tape over the plug holes and look a very old battery dust engrained plastic and it had blue tac in the vent holes when i seid about this they seid oh its so people dont leave the plugs in lol then they seid there new becase of the termanials i think these are stuck over the hold ones i wouldent buy from these and will be reporting to visa for a refund. the battery shows 12.6 v but when used doesent turn engine over

Ordered 2 AGM leisure batteries for a boat we live on. They did not arrive and there was no tracker info. E-mailed and later phoned ABS. There had been an almighty glitch with the delivery company so they couldn't find the batteries in the system. I'm on a 2 day mooring. ABS re-sent the batteries. Arrived on time. What impressed me was the gentleman answering the phone posited the problem that the original order and the new version would arrive at the same time and if that happened I was to send two back. I explained that in the battery bank on the boat I could really do with 4 batteries but at the time could only afford 2. If 4 batteries did arrive could I keep them and pay for the extra 2 when my pension came in in the middle of the month. He said that that was acceptable and would put a note on my account. They turned a drama into nothing with understanding and solutions. Excellent service. Thanks guys.

Purchased an AGM Leisure battery for my caravan, which arrived next day as promised and fitted easily. Excellent service and the battery seems perfect. I possibly don't need such a powerful battery as I don't often go off grid, but websites recommended AGM for 'vans with a motor mover. Cold crank and amp hours both better than alternative batteries, so well worth the extra cost. Many thanks to ABS, highly recommended.
