Terrible had the battery less than a year and it's faulty already actually bought 2 at the same time only to find one is broken tried multiple times to get a refund but the seller keeps beating around the bush about a refund when it's got a 4 year warranty on it WOULD NOT recommend buying from this seller as I've had a whole week of just being ignored and put on to other people just for a refund absolutely shocking service clearly a faulty device and dangerous I have 3 kids in my house and am expected to keep this when it's fizzing and has expanded

I bought a leisure battery from snappy via eBay and had a problem with it but they gave me a full refund straight away with no hassle. I was very impressed with their quick action and feedback.

Contacted company after buying battery and running it on a Topdon battery tester . Battery fell well below claimed specifications they had absolutely no interest in rectifying problem so be warned whatever it states on the label minus 25% to get true value !

I bought a battery which failed to hold it's charge without even been used. I contacted the company before the 30 day send & return item came into effect. They failed to answer. Filled return form and still no reply. Rang 8 times and screenshot my calling dates. Still no reply. Stay away from this company.

Terrible car battery came with a four year warranty it hasn't reached two years blaming me saying its me not keeping it at the right voltage I just drive the car the aulternator looks after the battery they want me to pay for the return and the want me to pay to have returned back to me even though its faulty I also received an email saying this battery is now reduced in price as if i am going to purchase another one from you after having the battery tested it is not a car battery its a leisure battery you cannot crank a car with this. Now trying to contact trading standards to see if they can help

Bought a 130amp leisure battery through Amazon. Charged it for 3 days. Went away and after less than two hours our tv died. I did get a refund eventually but a difficult company to deal with. Last one lasted 4 years. Cheap rubbish. Avoid in my opinion.

Battery arrived with different specification than advertised on the Ah and CCA . (Weaker)

Had to get PayPal involved but was told I need to pay return postage for wrongly described item . After much dispute including bank they picked it up . Trying to get the refund took over a week after the pick up for return .

Tried to get an answer to my queries the supplier hasn't responded on both occasions very poor! I wonder if it was because I wanted clarity on the 4 year warranty. Looking at the warranty it is not worth the paper it's written on. If you have a problem and wish to return it because it's faulty you have to pay return postage. Ridiculous as you could buy a new battery for that. I bought 2 batteries for my neighbour who is 82 years old and needed clarity on the 4 years warranty alas I can't give him any guarantee as can't get snappy batteries to answer any of my questions!!

Ordered 2 batteries 1 turned up and been waiting 9 days for the other 1.customer services are a complete joke as is dx who deliver for them.said 3 failed deliveries but was in all 3 days with ring doorbell as proof.dont order from these

Very poor quality batteries. In fact the only thing worse than the batteries is the customer service and attitude of the company.

Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere
