We bought a turbo and actuator. Actuator was the wrong part. They corrected the issue and immediately sent the correct part out. Truck is back up and running! Thanks Daniel and Adam!!

We received a motor that was beat up by


We received a motor that was beat up by the time we received it. Spoke to Tony and was able to have a replacement motor sent to us. We had to return the damaged motor and Tony sent a shipping label that also covered the return of the motor. The replacement motor came and only the end of one bracket was slightly bent. So, we were able to get it bent down.

Our diesel fuel injector pump was competitively priced, arrived a day early and was installed without any issues. Upon ignition, the vehicle purred like a kitten and immediately passed all actuation tests. Thank you!

Turbo offered is a core, not a new oem turbo as mentioned, response time is average since its email only and 1 to 2 days to respond each time you reply back.

on truck down situations or parts for a waiting customer this would not be good enough wich was our case

If the turbo was listed or understood to be a new OEM unit but was actually a core, we completely understand how frustrating and costly that can be for your operation. Accuracy in listing OEM, remanufactured, or core diesel truck parts is extremely important, and we take that seriously.

We also recognize that email-only communication with 1–2 day response times is not ideal when time is critical. When it comes to heavy-duty truck parts and turbochargers, delays can directly impact your customers and your business. That is not the level of urgency we aim to provide.
