i had been calling around for particulate filter for my skid loader and found one here better price and a new product instead of a reman the salesman was very helpful priced it right better that the rest i had talked to and came as he said it would and worked perfect. thanks, john

Everything went great

Everything went great ! I called and they were able to check and made sure they had the part before I ordered. Very friendly , had different shipping options , was shipped promptly. They provided a return shipping label for the core. The part worked and was OEM as stated .

Great service, very satisfied

I reached out via the website with my VIN for fitment verification and my inquiry was answered promptly.
The part I needed was in stock and I ordered it through the website. My purchase was received on time with no negative issues and Alex Valscenco in customer service was very helpful. Great service!

This business just straight-out sucks

This business just straight-out sucks, they had injectors listed as OEM new, so I ordered a full set of 6 when they arrived, they weren't new they were remanufactured and a different part # than what was listed on their site. I asked to send a return label so I could get a refund. They had mentioned a re-stocking fee, but I told them that this was their mistake on the part number they charged me almost $ 1,000 restocking fee, after numerous times of being on hold and hung up on. I finally turned it over to the credit card company which eventually credited my account. It took over a month to resolve.
