DIESE FIRMA BETRÜGT!
Auf der Verkaufsseite wird eine 14 tägige Rückgabe gewährleistet, aber die Firma ignoriert. Im Gegenteil, weil wir auf Rechnung gekauft haben, wird uns ein Rabbat zwischen 5 - 10% angeboten. Wir haben über Klarna die Firma aufgefordert, das Gerät zurückzunehmen. Die reagieren nicht. Stornierung nicht möglich, Rückgabe wäre sehr teuer, müsste nach China. Das Gerät kam, trotz Stornierung schon nach 2 Tagen. Es gibt keine Garatiebedingungen, keine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung. Es ist nicht GS-GEPRÜFT! Alles in allem rate ich von einem Kauf ab!

J’ai alerté les autorités compétentes car ils ne veulent pas me rembourser le produit , le airfryer ne fonctionne pas , je le ai alerté sur le dysfonctionnement du produit et leur réponse est que je dois leur faire une vidéo du produit , jours aucune loi n’informe sur l’obligation de faire une vidéo pour renvoyer le produit , je suis dans les 14 jours légaux et ils ne veulent pas me rembourser .

Une honte !!! à fuir absolument.
Ils vous proposent les frais de livraisons offerts hors quand vous commandez de la France vous aurez des frais de douanes à prévoir. Quand vous leur écrivez ils vous répondent que c'est comme ça, il aurait été bien de le préciser lors de la commande.
J'ai voulu leur faire reprendre la marchandise sans payer les frais de douanes et ils m'ont gentiment répondu que ça me couterai 15% de la commande (soit 30 euros déduit du remboursement) et les frais de ports engagés (soit 39.90 euros).
Bande d'escrocs !!!

J ai acheter cet appareil suite à un article sur internet, ou cavdisait'erre le meilleur mais qu il était souvent en rupture de stock, avec un lien sur leur page. Voyant qu'il en rester j ai vite fait l achat. Et je ne sais pas pourquoi j ai changer d'avis dans l heure, je pensebavoir'fait'un achat impulsif. Je leur envoie un mail pour leur dire de ne pas envoyer ma commande et de me faire le remboursement, ils me disent sue ce n est pas possible. Du coup je reçois le produit que je ne debale pas et je leur envoi un message pour savoir comment faire mon retour. Ils me demandent pourquoi je veux faire mon retour, à la base je n ai pas à me justifier. Je leur réponds quand même, et depuis silence radio. Un conseil acheter uniquement des produits connu par tous le monde, dans des magasins connu. C est une arnaque, je ne reverrais pas mes 200e et je trouve ça honteux devoir de plus en plus de site dans ce genre. Je suis allé voir les avis trop tard, malheureusement !

I have learned the Review I read is fake. Went fishing to find many bad reviews and the company is in China!
Sent email a few hours later to Cancel order and they said too late it's been shipped. Have blocked credit card and rang my bank but advised payment is immediate. 😡

Aerofry UK purports to be a opertinhg from the UK and offering a free world wide delivery service.
I paid the full monies required. Im staying in Cape Town South Africa for the next short period and asked for it to be delivered here. When checking my payment I found the payment was made in China (HK).
Aerofry didn't supply the product by saying Cape Town was "to remote" and only returned 85% of my payment back. I have asked why only 85% returned. Their sales director "Paddy" "advises according to our policy 15% is a reasonable reduction."
Reasonable reduction for what? Be careful would be my advise after getting nowhere. BUY elsewhere or be scammed by this despicable company..

SCAM COMPANY! AVOID! Rubbish product! Company is not in UK as advertised. Based in China. No customer service, no one responded to emails or website queries until I raised a credit card dispute with my bank , then I received an offer of 3% refund! The email was in very poor English.
The product when it finally arrived was broken inside box, and was just rubbish ! I'm still fighting for a refund.

Terrible product, even worse customer experience. Do not buy.

Airfryer broke after 6 months. I requested a replacement via email and was asked to provide the order number. Since providing the order number they have ignored all of my emails. I tried filling in a web form and that too was completely ignored.

There is no phone number or company address (or company number) so its impossible to contact them.

It’s a SCAM!!!!
Bought it and got sent damaged product that’s not even the same model. Impossible to return using scam tactics. Robot generic responded email. Once report to credit card company, got responded with return policy with FAKE contact number and FAKE return address to China.

Bon produit cependant je reclame ma facture depuis plus de 3 semaines et aucune réponse ! C était ma première et dernière commande d autant que tout est écrit en anglais même la notice d utilisation !

This company doesn't seem to trade under UK trading laws. They don't supply warranty paperwork, the air fryer I bought does not have a serial number, the operating instructions don't relate to the product!! Abysmal after sales service. You may get a response to your email (no other way to contact Areofry), however any hint of a problem with their product and the silence is deafening. If you are experiencing similar problems, contact Citizens Advice and they can pass your issue to Trading Standards. I have just reported this company

My elderly mother recently purchased an air fryer from this company. I reached out to the company to return the box which was still unopened. After two weeks of trying to reach them via email to return the product, they finally responded that there are no return labels, that all returns need to be shipped to China at the purchasers cost, that I will need to pay customs clearance and import duty tax. Also, they did not provide a return address.

Jos haluaa palauttaa laitteen se pitää palauttaa Kiinaan!!!!
Palautus maksetaan itse ja jos se häviää sitä ei korvata.
Eli sitä ei voi palauttaa.

Yritin perua melkein heti kaupan, seuraavana päivänä ostosta, mutta eivät vastanneet viesteihin. Tilausvahvistuksessa näkyi, ettei ollut kerätty edes. Vastasivat vasta sitten, kun paketti oli lähtenyt. Huonosti vastaavat, asiakaspalvelu ei toimi. En suosittele. Palautin ja menetin rahaa 50€. Ymmärrän palautus maksun, jos paketin palauttaa, mutta olisivat voineet perua keräyksen, koska ei ollut tehty, kun peruin kaupan.

This company ignores my emails regarding my faulty air fryer. Avoid at all costs

Oplichterij! Slechte kwaliteit, retourneren is geen optie, ook al is dit het recht van iedere consument.
Ze willen eerst dat je een video verstuurd om te tonen wat er niet goed aan is, zodat ze je kunnen helpen, maar ik had als reden opgegeven dat het apparaat gewoon geen kwaliteitstoestel is, kan je niet vastleggen op video, bijkomend hoef je geen reden op te geven als je wil retourneren, maar ze bleven maar vragen om een filmpje te maken om aan te tonen waarom we dit wouden terugsturen.
We hebben voet bij stuk gehouden en GEEN filmpje doorgestuurd.
Uiteindelijk zeiden ze dat we mochten retourneren naar een adres in China, en dit terwijl hij uit Nederland kwam. Maar als je dan de kosten opzoekt om retour te sturen naar China en ze zeggen zelf we weten wel niet of het goed zal aankomen, en als het niet goed aankomt dan krijg je je geld niet terug dan weet je hoe laat het is.
Oplichterij want het is geen kwaliteit, dat zie je meteen zodra je de doos opent en ze maken het je onmogelijk om het product terug te sturen.
Geld kwijt dus...

I very rarely write a negative review. However do not expect any response from Aerofry if you encounter an issue with your airfryer. I sent them two emails and no response, not even an acknowledgement. Terrible after sales service

Apparaat na een paar keer gebruik defect. Goed contact met de customerservice en belofte dat we een nieuw apparaat zouden krijgen. Maar daar blijft het bij. Geen reactie meer op email en geen nieuw apparaat Waardeloos!

Je suis étonné des avis laisser . Commandé et reçu 3 jours après très bien emballé et protégé. Essayer le jour même frites et légumes excellent. On peut lance un bac ou les 2 . Reçu avec grille . Juste petit bémol notice et petit livret cook en anglais . Mais je me débrouille.
