Aero Taxis Southampton レビュー 

I was arranging pick up from Southampton Port for my dad who was arriving from a cruise. I didn't have a definite time of arrival and wasn't sure how it would work. Aero Taxis were prompt and polite in replying to my emails to help me arrange it with them, and then kept me updated along the way to confirm everything went as expected. The arrival time was a bit off but they happily waited and were courteous when other taxi companies would definitely not have been! They even upgraded the car for free for the long journey. The driver was great (I am told) and everything was smooth. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I genuinely couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Booked a taxi to Luton airport and nobody has shown up. They charged fee in front.

I GOT a quote of £126 for a ride to heathrow from Southampton.but couldn’t book because of there computer system. Polite lady phoned me back took my details then told me that because they had to travel to my home to pick me up in chandlers ford which is on the way it would actually be £144. Wow fancy having to pick someone up for a taxi ride even from their house. That must be a complete surprise for a taxi company.

I have booked Aero Taxis four times now for my work colleagues trips between Southampton and Stansted airport. Each and every time has been a breeze to book and pick ups have gone without a hitch. Thanks for a great service.

First time with Aero. Competitive prices, easy booking. Prompt pick up including one to meet a rescheduled flight. Each ride came with a confirmation email with contact details for the driver. Emails and messages to controller answered promptly. Helpful drivers. Comfortable cars. Just first class all round.

Every time I use your service, from South Lambeth, London to Southampton, my holiday starts. The drivers are excellent in time keeping. They are sociable. I look forward to my two hour journey with confidence and comfort of a safe journey.

Aero Taxis were an excellent choice to smooth out the hassle of getting to and from Gatwick. We haven’t travelled by plane for over 5 years. We have never used a taxi from Southampton before but will definitely do so again. It was a relaxing experience both ways in the hands of an experienced driver. I recommend them without reservation.

Used AERO TAXIS for the first time, for pick up to and from cruise terminal in Southampton. Zak was our driver both times and could not fault the service. Friendly, polite and arrived on time for both journeys. Pleased we now know a good taxi firm after several bad experiences in the past. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you.

The driver for my taxi was very patient and nice. Though I spent so much time over 1 hour in the airport before coming out due to some issues i had with the airline i travelled with about my luggage , he was patient enough to wait till everything was sorted. The car was super clean, classy and latest. I had my comfort till my destination. I will choose Aero Taxis a billion times.

We have used this company many times and recommended them to many friends. Sadly we won't be doing either again.
Our journey to Heathrow on 23/8/23 was faultless. Our driver was affable, courteous, punctual and helpful. The sort of service we had come to expect from Aero Taxis.
However, on our return on 31/8/23 I phoned as usual from baggage reclaim, noone picked up so we went through to the Arrivals Hall where we had arranged to meet our driver. No driver, no message. I phoned the company to be told he had been delayed by a collision on the motorway and subsequent diversion and would be with us within 40 minutes. Bad luck we thought, and not what you want to hear after a long day's travelling, but we resigned ourselves to a further wait. Not wanting to stand for 40 minutes I agreed a precise location within T2 with the call handler where we would meet the driver and where there were seats. 30 minutes later I phoned again to check progress to be told he was 10 minutes away. 15 minutes later I phoned again to be told he was just parking the car and would be with us in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later I phoned again ( he was over an hour late by now) to be told he had gone to the wrong pick up point! A futher 10 minutes later we finally met our driver. He neither apologised nor offered to help with the luggage. When we got to the taxi he said he had been delayed by the roadworks at Fleet, not what we had been told by the call handler.
Because we have used this company before I wanted to give them the opportunity to put things right before I posted a negative review so I phoned the next day and explained my dissatisfaction. The lady I spoke to was very apologetic and said she would ask the MD to phone me that evening. He did and said he would check why at no point had the company initiated communication with us and why I had to do all the chasing. He said he would get back to me yesterday. He didn't.
He did say in my only conversation with him that the driver had been with the company 6 months and I did suggest the driver might need further training on how to deal with customers!

Booking was easy on the website, confirming email followed shortly after.
Driver arrived a few minutes early for both journeys. Always reassuring.
Drivers were polite and helpful loading a mobility scooter as well as luggage (I had note the scooter on the website and checked with the office).
Note: the office is a landline and with very competent person answering the phone, not 27 options and voice mail!

Used this service again and as before good communication for pick up and drop off at the airport. Friendly and competent driver. We felt safe and still able to relax stress free from our holiday. Highly recommend and good price.

Booked Aero Taxis to get me too and from The Red jet to Southampton airport and back. First driver was on time in a clean modern car, was friendly and helpful. On the way back my flight was delayed. Upon leaving the airport my driver had tried to call me five times. I called him back and even though he was now off shift he came from home to collect me. We had fifteen mins to make the Redjet and he made it with a minute to spare. Excellent service all round, would use again if I need a taxi in Southampton.

A very courteous and friendly cab company who charge a competitive rate. When, in error, I had booked a cab for the wrong date, they were very accommodating even though they were very busy. I wouldn't use another cab firm in Southampton.
