Because of the train strikes had to book at last minute to get 8 passengers to twickenham army/navy rugby. Bang on time for pick up in the morning and return in the evening. Driver polite, friendly and accommodating What more can be said, Did exactly what they were meant to do. Have done this trip by train for 20+ years, but not anymore. Cost was as near enough each as we would have spent on train tickets, so that good a unanimous decision by all to book them again for next year.

Excellent transfer company in Southampton. Especially for cruise pickups and drop offs . Highly recommend.

Great company,well mannered driver and very helpful,they assist you with every single detail and theirs drivers are highly and professionally qualified ! They helped me with picking up my mom and my cousin from Luton airport, they don t speak English but wasn t at all an issue ! the driver was 200%very patient and he handle everything with professional approach and a lots of emphaty that sometimes some of the drivers doesn t have but this time evertthing was PERFECT !
Without doubts I will use again their company and I highly recommend them for the competitive prices and for their high professionalism.

Had taxi to Heathrow and another to collect on return 11th October returned27th October.Both times driver spot on time very helpful and friendly excellent cars and very reasonable price. Would defo use again

I used Aero Cars for my trip from Southampton to Heathrow Terminal 2 as I was flying to New York. I had different drivers each way but they were both fantastic. I was kept informed at every step and I was able to sleep peacefully the night before, knowing that my driver would be there.

Excellent service. Driver was slightly late due to traffic but the office called us quickly to let us know and he arrived earlier than estimated.
Local knowledge meant a shorter journey around traffic and driver was very polite.
The driver even returned to the drop off at the cruise terminal to find us after realising one of our group had left their phone in the car.

We used Aero Taxis for airport transfers between Southampton Airport and Ocean Terminal in July 2022. We booked and paid in advance using their easy online form. Communication was good, and everything went to plan. A professional and efficient service. I will use them again, and would definitely recommend them.

Me and my husband have been eagerly awaiting to go to Canada for Xmas, as the borders are still open and there are rumours they may go into a lockdown we took the plunge and booked our flight two days ago. We called Aero Taxis to check if they were still operating in the UK lockdown. They booked us in for a collection at 3.30am and on the day sent us a nice Mercedes and lovely driver. Perfect service is all i can say, will be using them for the return journey in January 2021.

Upon discussing travel with a colleague of mine from Mumbai he passed me the number for Aero Taxis Southampton, they were highly recommended so I decided to give them a try, I am an IT Consultant and travel to Credit Suisse in London and two locations in Southampton. I was collected by a driver in a nice Mercedes, I wanted something special as my company was happy to pay for my travel, why not? I was collected from my Hotel (The Radisson Blu Edwardian, will be leaving a review for them too, lovely place) and driven to Southampton (The Novotel). I was delighted with the service as the driver was on time and did not complain about me being 10 minutes late, I will be using them for my return journey back to Heathrow airport. One satisfied customer.
