Fabulous company my item arrived well packaged, and I love it, it will look fab once my mama is transfered

From the moment I called and spoke to Dominic I knew we had made the right choice.

We needed to have the Urn with us in less than a week, he checked the stock and got it shipped for us so that we got it on the Tuesday.

The Urn is definitely one of a kind and we had so many comments from all who saw it at the memorial. We searched through hundreds but when this one came up it was definitely the one!

A fabulous service from Aesthetic Urns.

I got this for my 17 year old daughters ashes, it's even more beautiful than in the picture.

I've not been brave enough to transfer her ashes yet, but it plenty big enough.

The screw on bottom in secure but a bit stiff and akwards but a bit of wax candle rubbed on it sorted that out.

It arrived well packaged and quickly.

I loved the look of this urn, I got it to put my mum's ashes in and I think she would have loved it too. It was well packed and looks just like the picture. However it didn't come with any written information and came with a fine net bag (nice idea) and we assumed you were supposed to put the ashes into the bag before putting it into the urn (may be that was not what it was for?), well of course the finer ashes just fell out of the bag, we ended up putting her into another bag! I think this needs a little more thought. Also it would be better to have the glue/silicone in a ready mixed tube to allow for easier appliance. It does look nice though.

Choosing the perfect urn for a loved one was proving to be pretty stressful until I came across Aesthetic Urns. Their customer service is wonderful and is offered all the way through the process from initial queries, product information to after sales. I recently lost both my parents .. and I was after a little keep sake to put some of there ashes in.. so I contacted aesthetic urns ..I found them very helpful and very kind.. I will definitely be using them in the near future.. The keep sake couldn’t be any more perfect. So thanks again ❤️

Ordered a companion urn and there wasn't enough room for both my parents. Im now left with an urn and a scatter tube. Very upsetting. Not as advertised.would not recommend.

A few hours after my review I was called by the owner who asked me to take this review down as it will damage his small business. Several minutes into this call it was very clear that he had no recognition of the impact it has had on me and the increased distress the while situation caused. I was too upset and ask that he call back the next night, he didn't, then the night after that, he didn't. He did however gave another gentleman call me who quite clearly had no overview of the situation. I made it clear on both calls I would not have my patrents ashes moved again or nor did I want it replaced with any other urns from his site, reminding them this was their biggest urn of 3 pages of "companion urns". Both phone calls felt intimidating, I ended this one too, asking they never call me back.
Today they've sent me an email in which they're offering 50 pound off.
Please see below for email and response. Again please don't buy from this company. Their customer service is nothing shor of shocking

I feel like in banging my head off a brick wall. Or you are going through a checklist in order to try and dispute my review.
Your company advertise these as companion urns, at no point is it details weight limits or that 2 people my not fit in. You have 3 pages of these urns, that I find concerning. This is not the fault of the funeral director, who has never seen one of this type of urn before.
I will not displace my parents ashes for the second time due to an error on your companies part. As discussed on the phone, it has been a distressing enough situation for me as it is.
You called me asking to to take down my trust pilot review a few hours after i posted, as it would hurt your small business, you were at times trying to be intimidating however I agreed to a call back from you the following day at 5pm. You failed to keep that appointment. I, very kindly in my opinion, agreed to accept a call from you the next day which you failed to keep to again. It's unacceptable that you got a 3rd male involved who very clearly didn't have a grasp of the situation.
Again your company has caused me unnecessary distress at a time of grief, your customer service skills leave a very lot to be desired. Keep your 50 pounds. I will include all of your actions and mines in my updated review. As discussed I will let trading standards know of the distress caused to be by your company's actions and appoling customer care.
As I said on my last call, don't contact me again, I find your communication unprofessional and boarderline harassing.

I am sorry for the situation caused. Unfortunately sometimes the amount of ashes can exceed the size of the urn. It relates to single urns as well and funeral directors are aware of that. In this particular situation the urn was not big enough for the ashes of two adults.
The urn is advertised as a double urn by the manufacturer and we haven't had complaints about the size by now. I am aware however that on some occasions the urn can be too small.
For example I had a situation where a 3.8 litres urn wasn't big enough for the ashes of one adult and there was still a full big glass of ashes leftover.
I understand that this situation is stressful for you but you never contacted us regarding the issue. We could have had the item back and processed the refund.
We are happy to give you a discount of £50 for all the inconvenience caused but that's all we can do.
From what I understood you are happy to keep the urn but you want us to process the full refund. Unfortunately I can't do that. The urn was not damaged and it was delivered in time. In this particular case as a goodwill gesture we can offer you a discount. I will also have a close look at the size of those urns and contact the manufacturer.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Aesthetic Urns

I live in Belgium and I contacted Aesthetic Urns for my cat. I wanted an artistic urn. Something original. I had several exchanges with Dominik, asking for advice on the format. He was very kind and patient. He might have thought, "It's just a cat!"
The urn arrived very carefully packaged. It is completely in accordance with the photo. The material is beautiful, the finish is neat.

J'habite en Belgique et j'ai contacté Aesthetic Urns pour mon chat. Je voulais une urne artistique. Quelque chose d'original. J'ai eu plusieurs échanges avec Dominik, pour demander des conseils sur le format. Il a été très gentil et très patient. Il aurait pu penser: "Ce n'est qu'un cat!"
L'urne est arrivée très soigneusement emballée. Elle est tout à fait conforme à la photo. La matière est belle, la finition est soignée.

Wow, as soon as I saw this item on the Aesthetic Urns website I knew it was the perfect resting place for my beloved husband.
I waited quite a while to ensure I could have the Light Walnut colour.
