I was a bit nervous when ordering this item in case it wasn't what I expected but it didn't disappoint It is just what I wanted for my husbands ashes. I received e-mails letting me know the order had been received and when it was dispatched. It was very well packed and labelled so no chance of being damaged.

The quality of the urn is beautiful, it's well made and looks lovely. Very pleased with this company, kept me updated with delivery date.would definitely use this company again but hopefully not too soon.

When I contacted the company for more information regarding the urn before purchase, the response was quick and very informative.
Once my order was placed, I was kept informed of progress and the item was delivered within the 3-4 day time frame stated.
The item was packaged safely and carefully and I am pleased with the vibrant colour and beautiful design.

The urn I ordered is beautiful and the quality is excellent. It looks even more wonderful in person than the photos on the website. The box it arrived in was very carefully packed and was delivered exactly 1 week from when I purchased it. I live in the US so I was surprised how fast it arrived from the UK. Dom was also quick to respond to my questions via email. Highly recommend this business.

I ordered the heart in a shell urn for my dear mums ashes. I searched for an urn that didn’t look like an urn but more like an ornament. I am so happy that I came across Aesthetic Urns. Super fast delivery and very friendly when I rang up regarding sealing the bottom of the urn. Would highly recommend this company if looking for that special place for your loved one.

The urn is exactly as the picture depicted, if not better. A very fast and safe delivery, the item being very well protected in transit.

I purchased the Saturn Urn for my dad's ashes. It's beautiful. My dad loved space and planets, so I think he would have loved this urn.

Delivery delay
Order dealt with swiftly but delay caused by DPD Delivery was a problem this was dealt with by Dom who provided excellent help in dealing with the difficulty. The Urn is just what I wanted and I was delighted with the product and service
