I sadly needed an urn for my brother and the one we found on Aethestic Urns was much nicer than most we had seen and a reasonable price. We had a fairly short turn around time due to also wanting to add a plaque and the team went above and beyond to ensure we got it in time, even when I forgot to change the delivery address at check out by mistake. The urn was beautiful and the customer service was kind, compassionate and helpful which made such a difficult experience that little bit easier.

I'm really pleased with the urn we ordered. It's very well made, beautiful colour and arrived promptly. I had to email the company with a query and they replied same day (at a weekend) and followed up a couple of days later. I was worried about ordering an urn online as it's such a special and one-off purchase but am very pleased with the result.

Very friendly staff spoke 2 me on the phone, just put my late husband in the lovely heart i got from u, the only thing i can say is there was no instruction how 2 do this, thank u so much and well done, would definitely recommend you 2 family and friends.

I wanted an urn large enough for the ashes of my husband and daughter.the large wooden urn is beautiful,and is a very decorative piece.Delivery time was excellent.very carefully packaged.I would recommend this company.

It is exactly as it looked in the photos and I am pleased with it.

The range of urns is wide and varied. The only thing was, we chose a crock urn in which the ashes are put into the base of the urn and unknowing to us and without us thinking in our hour of grief, the base gets glued to the urn! So if at some point you wish to scatter the ashes but want to keep the urn, there is a chance that 1. The ashes could fall out if not glued correctly. 2. The whole urn could get broken. I did speak to Damian and he was really helpful, he reassured me over the urn I chose which I appreciated very much and did keep the urn as it was as beautiful when it came it looked on the Internet. It came within a few days of ordering but i would say that is because it was in stock, so if you do order just make a phone call to check on the stock. So thank you Damian. I would recommend this company to anyone who requires an urn for a loved one.

Urn very good quality wood. My belated wife was only small and though it sounds a bit macabre really had the push her in to fit. Only 2 dowels to rear of casket could have done with a 3rd to the front. Overall though pleased with service, delivery and quality. Hoping she will be able to join me in my coffin so we can have ashes spread together.

Good quality product, delivery time was as expected and communicated via email. The Urn customisation process could be enhanced, but the end result was just what we wanted.

Arrived quickly, well packaged and just as shown on website. Not something I would necessarily want to buy but it was needed and I am very pleased with the design & quality of the urn.
